La Michoacana Handmade Ice Cream

They make a MEAN mangonada here! Seriously, I've tried other La Michoacana's and they are not all created equal. I love that I can mix different ice cream inside the mangonada; I had pineapple and mango last time and it was the best thing ever on a triple digit day. The staff here is great and they're super friendly. The inside is spacious and clean. Some of the ice cream flavors seemed watered down, but they are always willing to let you sample flavors before you make your selection. There's A LOT of flavors to choose from, so I'm sure you will find one you love. They also have passion fruit ice cream, which is the best! I'd recommend getting the scooped ice cream instead of the bars, though, because the passion fruit bar I got last time tasted really old and a little freezer burnt.

Best Elote here. Not soupy like other locations.When I get the cravings I always drive the extra miles just to get it in this location.Friendly and courteous staff who will gladly give you a sample of any flavored ice cream to taste . Elote w/ Cheetos : Corn ( freshly scraped corn from a cob) topped with crushed Hot Cheetos served in a cup with Butter, Chile, Mayo and Cheese.

The hot cheetos with corn are so good! You have to try them, so go to michoana to get the ice cream! When you get the icecream dig in ,Cause this ice cream rocks!

La Michoacana Handmade Ice Cream is located at the southwest corner of the Walmart parking lot in Redlands. While there isn't a lot to see in the shopping center, there is a lot of flavor to taste.While we were waiting to pick up our dinner at a nearby restaurant, we had dessert first: strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Lately this has been one of their best sellers.This ice cream was incredibly creamy and smooth. The strawberry cheesecake topping was swirled into the ice cream and had a fair amount of real strawberry bites. Also stirred into the ice cream were cubes of cheesecake - still cubed, still firm and full of rich cheesecake flavor.It was a great place to wait for our take-out order, next time we would go 50%-50% this with their strawberry ice cream.

So delicious! Ordered the elote and fruit cup and it was the perfect snack! Next time I'll definitely try their ice cream!

First time here and tried the ferrero rocher ice cream and strawberry kiwi bar as well as sampled the mango, strawberry, and guava. There are also sweet and savory Mexican options. For us, the flavors that appealed to us were limited but it was an interesting try.

Food was bland and expensive!Then they charged me a 15% tip without even letting me know! Never going back and wouldn't recommend.

Excellent place to grab some Mexican based ice cream or snacks. Very creative menu and they have ice cream based on Mexican flavors like cajeta, mazapanes and ganzitos. I had a double scoop of pumpkin and cajeta and got my wife a banana split. Very good ice cream, excellent customer service, clean ice cream parlor and very well priced.

Don't come at 10 or even remotely close. The lady that was working was setting up.. saw me shook her head.. didn't try to tell me they'd be a min. Have her 20 mins before trying again & that point she still hadn't opened & just ignored me & my child.. maybe the shop SHOULDN'T put 10am is opening time. Waste of time.

The ice cream at this La Michocana is tasty!They've got a huge selection and some really unique flavors!They do banana splits and sundaes as well!They may have a long line (I always experience a long line when I visit) but the wait is worth it!
