La Michoacana Famous Ice Cream

Get your head out of your ass it's not a hat! Do I need a megaphone to make my order? Do I have to jump over the counter and serve myself to scoops of ice cream for my fiancé. Health code violation no hair net when preparing food, that's disgusting. Cashiers looked like rugrat characters providing customer service. Place was filthy.

Horrible service I was there ordering an elote and the girl was on her cell phone on a personal call. In addition she was holding her phone while trying to get the elote with no face mask and no gloves! I asked her why she was not wearing a face mask or gloves and she said because I don't want to ... I left and went to a different Michoacana on Hole and Tyler super friendly and she was following guidelines of wearing a mask and gloves.

I ordered tostilocos, agua fresca, and a mangoneada and everything was BOMB! They loaded both of them up! The girl at the front was super friendly too. Will be coming back :)

Apple Maps and Google hours of operation have not been updated. They don't open til 12 pm. I took this pic of updated hours for those of you to save a trip unlike me.

Walked in today to 2 employees in a heated argument, neither of the employees acknowledged my presence and when they did they were extremely rude and unprofessional
