La Michoacana Famous Ice Cream Parlor

Despite all the bad reviews I went there and the place is clean and very well organized and the staff is very friendly and the wait time was minimal.I ordered an esquite and a mangoneada and the mangoneada was amazing but the esquite was NOT an esquite. They pack that cup with queso fresco at the bottom and top and it has very little corn! The queso fresco was NOT good in the esquite! It just doesn't go together and it grossed me out and I love queso fresco! So other than the esquite my experience was good

If your looking to try true Mexican ice cream this is the place to go,I always get the Oreo ice cream on a stick,it's so good,it's a little pricey but it's worth it on a hot hazy day.

dont come here they have poor customer service skills! their food is over priced and old! my bf and i came in a couple days ago and purchased large nachos 2 esquites and 2 drinks. the amount of cheese the guy with glasses poured on our stale ass tortilla chips was a joke! i asked for more cheese which he said was an extra charge! never coming back here again!!!

If you want melted ice cream that tastes like ice cream that has been left in the fridge, then this is the place for you!! On top of that they hire just about anybody!! Did I mention you also get a front seat show to homeless people arguing?! Would not recommend to my enemy.

This place has been here for years and it took a turn for the worst. Now I see why they don't show the prices on their menu because everything is expensive and a rip off. If I'm going to be paying over $10 for tostilocos at least make sure it's a decent size bag of chips. Their mangoneadas are bad. I ordered mango and sandia and both flavors tasted like they've been sitting there for weeks. The chachachás were stale and the employees were rude. I will be making the drive to the Michocana on McKinley from now on

The man was great at 1st and then extremely rude once we made him aware the Nachos were really stale, he responded with a "I don't think so mamacita I keep everything fresh you are wrong I never have complains from anyone just YOU" keep in mind I told him to let him know to not sale those noches on the container to anyone else I never told him I wanted a refund. I felt it'd be nice to let him know they are stale but instead I was treated very disrespectful

Extremely disappointed in this location. I came in to buy a popsicle and the lady behind the counter was very nice. She helped me make a good selection. However when I went to pay I saw that the man chopping fruit wasn't wearing his mask. He had it around his neck. I get it it's hot but it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE to be handling food without a mask right now. I'm currently on chemotherapy and covid would kill me. It's safe to say I will not be returning. Hopefully that man isn't asymptotic and spreading the disease. Wear a mask behind the counter!

Nice workers who asked me exactly how I wanted my ice cream, it was my first time here in riverside and I'll be coming back :D

Poor service. Asked for a bag of hot Cheetos and nacho cheese usually am given in a bag and was presented with a box of watered down cheese last time I came the consistency was different and the young lady tend to tell me this is the correct way they sell things like if my family doesn't purchase more than three times a week I have teenagers going to borra vista high school who won't be purchasing here anymore thanks! Trust me many of us costumers still like chips in the original bag
