I've moved to central CA but when I come home to visit I make sure to get some tamales to take home! This has been my go-to tamale spot for nearly 2 decades! If you haven't discovered this spot, you need to!

I just had an absolutely delicious bowl of pozole. It had the right amount of heat and tons of flavor. I highly recommend it.

I'm not going to knock anyone's tamales because everyone makes them different. I will say that they are very tiny, my son thought it was a sample...the flavor was not very authentic, tasted like spices came from a can. I ended up not eating them and just threw them away. I will say the customer service is very good thats why I give them a 2 star. I forgot to mention that they're not fully cooked. The masa is still wet in certain parts.

I bought pork, chicken, and jalapeño and cheese tamales and threw them all in the trash. The cheese and jalapeño ones had canned salsa and sour cheese in them. The pork had no salt in the MASA and it tasted disgusting. The chicken tamales had green sauce and they were awful. I don't recommend this to anybody.

I've been going to this place for over 20 years. Back when they used to sell bread. The tamales and green Posole are so good. I understand everything is going up in price and I'm ok with that but when you raise your price and lower your quality/quantity that's where it sucks. The tamales used to be a good decent size now they're so small but yet more expensive.

For many years, we went to this place for the pan dulce, especially the piggies. We usually got tamales as an extra treat. They no longer go here often because they no longer have a bakery. The tamales are good, though.

I drive all the way from Beaumont to get the tamales. At this place I don't understand all the one star ratings. I have never had a bad tamale. And the green chili salsa Is second to none?

Last time I ever go to la feuente bakery!! $27 a doz for tamales that are so damn small not even 3 bites. I'll be going to Leslie's bakery from now on. Don't waste your money on there tamales didn't even taste good and too damn small!!
