I bought a chicken Tamale and the chicken was raw. My mom called the place and informed the employee but they denied and rejected our complaint. Instead of simply apologizing and taking our complaint into consideration, nope--she was firm that the chicken was "cooked". I always get my tamales here but this will def be the last time. Poor customer service will always deter people away

Bread is horrible, tamales are either not cooked or over cooked and dry, I've found mold, customer service is horrible and let's not mention how disgusting everything is. Marcella the owner, Michelle, Diana and all the other employees are terrible! Go to Lesley's Bakery on highland arrowhead instead. EVERYTHING they make is AMAZING!

This is a wonder bakery. Everything is fresh and hot out the oven. They are constantly baking. I went for the first time late at night and they still had a delicious selection. They make a lot of cookies that my kids love. Please try it.

W O R S T CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE. Came for tamales for Christmas. Showed up at 4:30am and was first in line. Bought 3 dozen tamales. Supposed to be $118.00. Instead charged $1,118.00!!!! Went back and asked for refund and proceeded to do this when instead they charged an additional $1,118.00! $2,236 now debuted! No apologizes and no sympathy. Instead, seemed like a bother, and they still proceeded to charge me for the tamales I bought earlier in the day. Days later, and now I have to file for fraud with my bank. I'm minus $2,236 in my account for the holidays. Will never recommend or do business again. STAY AWAY!

Este pan sabe malo.... Mejor pan de Cardenas es mejor. El pan no tiene sabor a nada . No pierda su tiempo aqui.

The lady in the front was not even friendly looked like she didn't want to be there. She finally got up after they were men coming in and helped them out she still needed to charge me and there was a hair in my tamale gross

I came here recently and I bought several chicken and pork tamales. It was good but it was mostly masa.. very little meat. Won't be coming back.
