La Concha Coastal Mexican

Let me start by saying we have been coming to this restaurant since they first opened. This has been our go to restaurant for years. I dont know what's happened but I was very disappointed in our last food order. The shrimp ceviche had shrimp that was smaller than usual. Over half of the shrimp still had the poop vain. The albondigas meat balls and vegetables were flavorless. Baged carrots were used there was no zucchini potatos were undercooked.Service was great as well as the ambiance.

I would first like to say that the staff is really nice. I called to order some shrimp ceviche Saturday. The shrimp ceviche had very little shrimp, but the veggies were very fresh. For the price of $14.99 for maybe 8 oz of ceviche it is not worth it. Also, there wasn't a lot of flavor in the ceviche. It was basically shrimp and veggies without any seasoning or lime. There was maybe 2-3 pieces of shrimp cut up in the ceviche. Also, we picked up two orders so we paid $30 and it was not worth it. I gave three stars for the staff. They were so nice!

Costumer service : The waitress was super sweet and nice. Took our order in a timely matter. And kept checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. 5 stars on herFood taste : Kids hamburger - was good and fries were great and tasty.Shrimp cocktail- was okay , more veggies inside than shrimp.Fish taco - wasn't really a fan of the taco. Was too bitter from the taste of lemon. And the cheese added on top was not good. It threw off the taste of the fish.

New owners and extended hours I didn't take a picture of my enchiladas suizas but I have left a comment before when the other owners were in charge. The food tasted great just like before great service and the chips were hot and tasty. I tried the habanero salsa it was goood.. I noticed the lighting is alot better and brighter cool vibes and good service.

Food was delicious, as usual! The service was excellent as well. Highly recommend this place if you want great experience.

I went here last night after having not gone for a few months. I have been eating here since 1997. I love this place. It used to have the best salsa in town! But now the salsa has changed. It's a totally different recipe and really disappointing - I hope they go back to the original recipe. They also give you a lot less chips than in the past. The lights were turned up super bright, which was really annoying. I asked our server if it was possible to turn the lighting down a bit, and she did and it was much better. She was a good server and my food was good, although the portions are smaller and that's okay. One thing that was really weird is that the place was empty. We were the only ones there, until one other guy came in. La Concha used to be full every time I went there. What has happened? Are they under new ownership? This makes me sad.

Amazing ceviche here! Also got their tacos which were delicious. My family has been getting food here for years and it has always been amazing! Depending when you go there can be a wait as there is a little limited seating. However it is worth the wait! Best ceviche!!

4/22/23 Everything was excellent! We came in around 5:30pm with a party of 5 and was able to be seated immediately in the large booth. The place is clean and spacious enough to accommodate families. The chips and salsa were so fresh! All our entrees were delicious and full of flavor. The portions are huge where you can take home leftovers. I really enjoyed my margarita also. Most importantly the customer service was friendly and efficient. The older gentleman who came by with our food is the owner and he was very nice. If I ever visit the area again I will definitely return here to get my Mexican food fix. Be sure to check this place out and come with a big appetite!!

Best Mexican restaurant in Redlands. Salsa and chips go great with their margaritas.Chile relleño, enchiladas, tacos and tostadas are excellent. They are served with your choice of beans:Refried, black or charro. Also a wide choice of seafood appetizers and entrees.
