They advertise prime ranchera on the glass and charge 15.99 lb. I ask for 3 lbs marinated and they start to prepare in the back. The meat does not come from the beautiful marbly slabs in the window. They give you lower quality meat and hide it with marinade and onions. Super disappointed when got home and realized the bait and switch scam. I don't mind paying for prime grade beef if it's bomb and marbled. This was that low grade tough chewy stuff, straight up nasty and purple

Got 3lbs of meat that was from the window. My husband I was a little confused at first thinking the marinated carne asada was all out. However, they marinated there on the spot. So recommend if you are buying for a party or family to get day before. I appreciated them wrapping it well. The meat carne asada meat ran about $14.99 a lb. It a little high but it was tender. We also got 2lbs Al pastor 4.99 a lb, but have not tried that yet. I recommend to buy you other goods like salsa, tortillas, and cheeses from the Mexican super market. This is a meat market. The service was good but they didn't explain to us the process we had to ask then took some time to get their attention once we were ready for our order.Clean and well organized place. I would return but it would be just for small quantities, not for carne asadas.

Totally clean. Felt like I could eat off the floors and the attention from everyone I got was perfect. Everything presented clean and appetizing. This customer will be back-I want to open one of these places inspiring!

It's a Sunday wifey & mother in law are craving tasajo y carne asada. I arrived 7 minutes before closing and doors are locked. Common courtesy will be doors will be open until closing hours. As much as they want to charge per pound of meat "Like every dollar and penny counts" they should honor every minute until closing hours. Which is stated on their window and website. If that's the case then change it fromSun 7:00 am- 6:00 pm ToSun 7:00 am- 5:53 pm. That's shady!!!

Make sure you ask for the meat you can see in the window don't let them give you the stuff you can't see in the back. Also wouldn't think they would be shady like this hide it at the bottom and charge the customer 15 bucks a pound for it. Not cool! meat is good but not the way to do business don't sell customers something you have to throw away. Worst part they just open here in Moval.

It's a new meat market that is in the neighborhood. Very clean, presentation was perfect. Customer service was excellent when you first walk in....it looks like a mixture between an Apple Store and a meat market. It has that uniform look at Apple Store has, but just selling meat. I bought neckbones, and Carne Asada and the meat was fresh and I will definitely be back to purchase more.

I bought some great meat today!. Great selection of fine meats. Delicious red salsa. Great customer service from all of the staff. I would highly recommend everyone to give this place a try. You'll definitely come back for more.

Bought 2Lbs of preseason flap meat for Carne asada, and half lbs of fresh cheese. Paid 37$ the meat wasn't seasoned as much and the cheese is an equal to the ones they sell at regular Mexican Grocery stores. I'd buy from here maybe 1-2x in the future if nothing else is available. 14$ a lb for meat.. cost more than gas

This place has terrible customer service. There were 4 employees behind the counter and not one of them greeted me upon entry. I have to believe it was because of my Black skin color because other Hispanic customers came in after me and were promptly greeted and helped immediately. I was ignored and never asked if I needed anything. Stay away from this place if you are African American.
