Aesthetically, the place looks kind of crusty, and hard to find the restaurant too. The food does takes some time to be done, since it's only one person cooking the entire time. The homemade drinks they have, can use a bit more flavor. HOWEVER, if you are craving some BOMB Pupusas and don't mind how much grease they have, look no further. I freaking LOVE their Pupusas de espinacas con queso and revueltas too the other food they serve is not as great. But the Pupusas are finger licking good!

The place is a little rough around the edges but I think this may be one of those diamonds in the rough! Came here a second time & just like the first time it is sooo good! Can't stand when a place isn't consistent with there seasoning or portions. Came back for some pupusas de frijol y queso & look how good they look! A must try im telling y'all !

I love the pupusas here! I usually get the loroco, but I've tried the espinaca, calabaza, and camaron-- never been disappointed. My roommates typically get the chicharron and asada. They've had nothing but good things to say! The filling ratio is on point and the pupusas are always super fresh. As for all the reviews mentioning poor service, I've never experienced that here. My roommate is the whitest of white boys who grew up in the south and had never heard of pupusas before. They still treated him kindly and made sure to clarify ingredients and ensure that he actually got what he wanted. So I'm not sure where the perception that they treat you poorly based on ethnicity or familiarity with Salvadoran food came from. Tl;dr: The pupusas are delicious. The people are friendly and helpful.

We need real salvi food here in Perris. It's the second time I try it and seriously I was not impressed the ones who say it's all bomb and delicious and all have to be members of the family of the owners to say those comments. Curtido sucks the pupusas we're not good the sopa de pollo was blah dude they don't have gallina only pollo lol platanos todos duros y la orden de pollo asado ridiculous. I try to support but they need to put ladies who know what they are doing worse than platano macho man. Is that why they closed. The one attending sitting stuffing his face making me wait to get my food why he stuffs his fat face. Service sucks also. Not friendly puro machismo. Hope they close this place it if not I will demand it to Perris city. No representan Salvadorean food right.

The pupusas are good prices are decent. The rice and beans are warmed up in a styrofoam container and it was salty. Aesthetically the place needs a lot of help. The customer service can use a refresher on basics. I didn't like that the cook was not wearing a hair net.

I've had multiple people in my family go through a similar situation when buying from here the food taste good but the service is beyond rude they make you feel stupid when ordering especially if you're not familiar with the menu or Salvadorian food in general I've noticed they treat people based on their ethnicity. This is the last time we go here !

Unfortunately I wasted my hard earned cash on this spot. I tried the pupusas which I don't mind waiting as long as the food taste good. 25 minutes later my plate arrives, the first thing that stands out is the tiny little spoon serving of rice and super watery beans. I'm assuming it was beans. The rice had no taste beans i couldn't tell you because they would disappear through the fork because of how watery they were ( probably a good thing) I then go in for the first bite of my Pupusas Unfortunately i struck out!! No flavor plus they were super Oily. Very disappointing to say the least. Honestly I've had way better Salvadorian food from the food trucks on the street. Save your cash and find a place that has flavor in there food.

Received the wrong order and no compensation or replacement once I pointed out things weren't right, even was willing to drive back for an order I ordered thru DoorDash til the owner chose to be rude and said "no cash back "... You're better off supporting a street vendor
