La Barca

Found this gem on Door Dash and decided to give it a shot. Got the quesabirria tacos with cosome which was soooo good. The cheese was nice and melted, the beef was super soft, and the tortilla was just perfect. The cosome was also rich in flavor and a perfect match for the quesabirria. The hot salsa was the icing on top and brought the flavors together just right. Next thing we tried were the side of beans. Definitely not my fav. The texture was wonderful, there was plenty of beans in a side order, but lacked flavor. Needs a touch of salt and seasoning. Would I come back again? Yup - for the quesabirria. Definitely worth coming back to

I'll start this review off by saying I'm not one to usually complain but this is unacceptable. I wanted to try someplace new so I ordered lunch from here for my husband and I through DoorDash. I had ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos. My burrito was fine although nothing spectacular. My husband only had a few bites of his when he noticed something odd before he took another bite. No idea what this is but it definitely doesn't belong in a bean and cheese burrito. Will definitely never be ordering from here again.

I ordered via Uber Eats. The consomé we had layers of grease and did not taste good at all; the birria burrito was not tasty. I could not finish it. The birria tacos were better. Hope your order is better. But I will not be ordering again. Try another place called the Hot Spot in Fontana. Much better taste overall.

Very nice to see establishment and food was great for small menu. Very family friendly...

So far I've only tried the Menudo here. Was very plain, lacked flavor big time. I would definitely go back though and try out other food on the menu. Aside from lacking flavor the menudo meat was in big chunks, not necessarily a bad thing but I just prefer it cut up a lil more. As I try other things on the menu I'll put out some more reviews, the place does look like it makes good food.

Ordered pozole and menudo from them. Make sure to check your order because they just gave me two orders of pozole even though the menudo had special instructions. Don't think it's that hard to get a simple order correct. Tried calling the number they have listed and it is out of order.

I dont know why i dont come here more often, the food is excelent. Served by the nicest lady- home made style. Kind of reminds me of grandmas kitchen. Always 5 stars. And great prices.

The worst Mexican food I had. No flavor whatsoever. I ordered a chicken burrito, it was sooo dry and the beans taste like it was freshly boiled out of a can. No flavor, very disappointed

I've been here 3 times. I've only tried the birria because i love birria!! Brought my mom and dad on separate occasions and they both reqlly enjoyed it probably just as much as me. I always phone in my order because the employees at this business make the food fresh. They even make their tortillas, which reminds me of the motherland. The food is always fresh and ALWAYS delicious. Nothing negative to say thus far.

I ordered the quesabirria tacos and I have never been more disappointed. In the picture below you can see how little meat i got and it had such a funky taste and smell. Besides that, the cheese had such a weird texture, super gummy and grainy, all around disappointed. Besides that we ordered rice and it so cry and underseasoned. I have been searching for good Mexican food and I have yet so find any.
