Kristy's Donuts & Bagels

I use to come here all the time when I was a kid with my grandma since she worked at the rite aid and every morning we'd stop here. I love to see how far this business has come and just like back then the food is still so amazing! The staff is so nice and very punctual! I love seeing this business thrive!

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. Usually just grab a donut or two and head off. The donuts are really good and taste fresh. The workers are usually hard at work and attentive. Never had an issue with service. Lastly, the store is usually clean and tidy. The shelves and counters are organized. Now that I've moved closer, I'll definitely be here more often.

Love everything about this place all their food is good especially their bagels, I always come here for breakfast but honestly anytime is good.

I've been coming to Kristys since the 90s LITERALLY. I grew up in the area and it has always been apart of our morning routine. Not sure if it is nostalgia or if it's actually the best donut. I always loved seeing the older man and woman run the shop, they were all so sweet to me and my family through all this time. It seems like the business has been passed on, or at least the older couple who once ran this booming shop have hung up the aprons and have passed in the spatula to their kids... maybe even grandkids lol..I don't really think the new kids level of customer service is as great as the older couple but the donuts are at least!ANYWHO.. Kristys is a circle city favorite. The donuts are always fresh. So light and airy and appropriately sweet. I really enjoy that they serve bagels, croissants, fritters, breakfast sandwiches and more.They also have a lot of speciality drinks made out of powders. I really enjoy the iced chai, it's sweet, slightly spiced and feels of quality. As the seasons change, their donut colors and toppings will too. JUST AN FYI (important imo) I also was told that the tips you provide do NOT get spread out to the workers. So I won't be tipping here. Not sure where your tips go but the fact that this business does not give our tip to the employees working it in a fair manner is bad practice in my opinion.Hoping they correct this... or at least inform their consumers.. I had stopped coming here because the recent employees are pretty rude. It still seems to be an issue. The donuts are okay. Bagels are okay too. I rather drive further from my home to have a pleasant human interaction. Bakers dozen is really good and they're really sweet. Bigger portions. Cleaner shop.

Was craving a bagel with cream cheese and was greatly disappointed. Lack of selection and just lacks. It's definitely not a spot for bagels. The crossiant was squished by them prepping it. Killed the fluffy and flakyness. The bacon was horrible. Only good thing was the donut and saved from getting 1 star. This is just a donut shop to me.

Always great and hot food, go to spot for breakfast. Gotta check it out. Service outstanding.

Bagels are blatantly mediocre. Baked, not boiled. Basically a fat dinner roll. Also, if you accept cards, then it's on you to cover the fee. It's called the cost of doing business. The amount of extra business you get is more than enough to cover the cost. Charging your customers.75 cents to use a card is bullshit. Do better!

The owners are very friendly they are looking to get more of your Monet I been coming here for the last 20 years is very sad that we're not coming ever again we always bring our own coffee mugs to help with the waste and they try to argue in fro of people trying to to get more money are you this not acceptable for anyone. When all you try to do is avoid wasting. We're never coming back and is their loss because we average about $40 dollars per visit

Been frequenting this shop for 20 years. The family owned shop was well run and the doughnuts were just sweet enough and always fresh. Sadly they sold the business after working so hard for so many years. The doughnuts are pricey like everything wlse now but sadly it seems the new owners have decided to mimoc Krispy Creme by making everything just over the top sweet. I preferred the the fresh, squishy and just sweet enough without causing a cavity as they seem to do now. So please dial back the sweetness indicator just a couple of clicks. I don't want to have to find a new doughnut shop.
