Krak Boba

5 Stars - Fresh Boba & Great VibesI used to frequent Krak Boba in Rancho Cucamonga, but now that they've opened a location in Rialto, I couldn't be happier! Their boba is always fresh, and the drinks are consistently delicious.I usually go for a Thai tea with 75% sweetness because it can be a little too sweet at full strength. My daughter loves their matcha, while my other daughter sticks with a Thai tea minus the boba. They also have yummy smoothies and blended drinks, plus a cookie-inspired shake and several matcha-based options with strawberry and other flavors.Beyond the drinks, the vibe is great--they always play good music, and the atmosphere is super chill. If you're looking for fresh, flavorful boba with a fun atmosphere, Krak Boba is the spot!

Wow there were busy!! Two employees working at this new location and they were swamped however handled it efficiently. The gal at the register was taking orders, answering the phone and assisting with a smile!! I've worked in retail and working with the general public can be quite a task! She did this without appearing to be frustrated, and managed the wait time really well. I was observing that she took enough orders before stepping away to support the other worker. Once they knocked out a few orders, she promptly got back on the register and took more orders. fortunately the customers in line were all busy perusing the menu thereby the wait time perception was already minimized however may be an issue in the future once the locals know what they want. This shopping plaza in Rialto have so many options however there's only one other spot that serves boba. IMO I think Krak is going to do well here only if they have the staff to support the traffic. Tip: sign up for their rewards program they have BOGO for 1st time registers and weekly specials

First time trying it. The location is clean and well lit. At 1pm it wasn't extremely busy which was nice. I promptly ordered the peachapple green tea which was only $4 and waited maybe 5 minutes for the drink to be ready. The drink itself was delightful with hints of apple peach and green tea. The flavor wasn't overly strong or bitter and had an appropriate amount of sweetness. Since this location is new there is bound to be some issues but nothing that can't be resolved in time and with practice so give it a try.

The drinks came out super fast! Loved the service. Had smiles and was super fast with our drinks. The inside was clean and they had cute Christmas decorations. Loved their tree.

New boba spot in town. It's a soft opening so please be patient, treat my peeps nice because the staff is nice and obviously learning everything There a couple couches and a few tables with chairs. The vibe is chill. The King Brulee is bomb! Support local businesses Yelp Fam!

We came for the Grand Opening. Great for a family outing for some boba! Many great options and the boba is just right!

We now have another boba spot and I couldn't be happier! They just opened so it's a soft opening, everyone is still learning but I can tell this will be a prime boba spot. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and are very attentive. The vibe inside is very chill, with a very chic and airy look. Definitely a good spot for studying or to just hangout with friends. On my first visit I went with lychee green tea. It was tasty but needed more sugar, that's on me since I got it with 75% sugar. I recommend 100% sugar or as recommended. Second time around I got the signature Milk Tea. That was made to perfection. Great flavor, not too much ice and the boba was very good. Third time around I got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I liked it so much I have not ventured on trying others, but I must breakaway soon!I highly recommend this spot!

Best boba in Rialto. Love this Bobaplace. Great service. Nerver disappointment, perfect taste all the time.

Krak Boba is great! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is super friendly. I had their lychee yogurt with boba, and it was one of the best I've had--perfectly chewy pearls. They have a great variety of drinks and toppings, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Definitely a new favorite spot for boba lovers in the Rialto area. I'll be back soon!
