Krak Boba

The drinks I got were SOO good, I couldn't put down my cup. The aesthetics are great as-well! Employees are really welcoming and nice. Would definitely be coming back soon!!

Ok this is my new favorite drink. I love it. You can actually taste the subtle coconut flavor. Its much lighter than other thai teas. Unless you go to a real thai restaurant, honestly Thai tea just isnt right. I loved this rendition of thai tea ! Traditional thai tea has to be perfect or it will always fall flat. The CocoThai Butterfly was amazing. Please dont ever take this off your menu! My go to beverage at Krak boba is the sea salt cream coffee. I honestly prefer how a location in LA makes it , but i was so happy when you guys came to the area. Please dont ever go anywhere!! Still delicious and a good pick me up.

This is my 4th or 5th boba place in Menifee and I must say Krak is my favorite! Been here for the first time yesterday, the decor, the atmosphere the menu all good! For a person who is near sighted, the menu is great! It's on a monitor with pictures! The thing I like about their menu is that yes they're variety of drinks to choose from but it's not overwhelming! Ryan assisted us, great customer service from him! He was very helpful and nice! So we got: Guerilla Thai, King Brulee, Dragon Slayer and Strawberry Banana Smoothie! Nobody really talks about the look of the drink but it really does match what is pictured and I appreciate that the marketing on this is accurate. The aesthetic look of the drink and the cups used are durable! Not flimsy or anything. I am def coming back! Or should I say, WE are def coming back!

Went for the first time today. Ordered a strawberry snow and brown sugar tea. Both with boba. Strawberry was AMAZING! The brown sugar was just meh. Wasn't the flavor I was expecting. It was very bland. I mixed it up a bit to get the drizzle off the sides and that added more sweetness. Boba was flavorful. Employees were really nice and answered all my questions. The layout is good and the menus were easy to read and understand. One thing, and I don't know if it was a "me" issue but I grabbed 2 straws and poked them through. Not one piece of boba fit!! The straws were so small. We had to wait until we got home to drink them, and I tried to use other straws but wasn't successful. Probably grabbed the wrong ones. Anyway, overall it was a good experience. I'll for sure go back! I hope they do well! We need stuff like this on our side of town

Service needs work.I've gone 3 times since they've opened and have had to wait at least 20 minutes each time for a few drinks. With at least 4 people making drinks, it doesn't make sense. I understand that they just opened, but I prefer if they waited until the workers had more training before opening. They should also be consistent with their drinks since they're a franchise. Sometimes the Lychee Tea has actual lychee bits in it and then sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes they'll give you a full scoop of boba and then other days they'll only give you half. The workers are also not very well-trained on the menu either. I asked the cashier if the Sun Bright had actual fruit slices in it, and she said no. When I received my drink, guess what I found in it. Yep. Fruit slices. I told a worker about it, but he didn't offer to remake it or remove the fruit. I had to go home and remove it myself which made it difficult to enjoy. What made it more annoying was that two people were overseeing the cashier who witnessed me ask her yet neither of them corrected her. That probably means that they don't know their menu either.* Lychee Tea: 8/10 - actual lychee bits (sometimes)* Sun Bright: 7/10 - basically orange juice* Boba (Topping): 10/10 - still soft and chewy even after a couple of hoursThe workers were very nice and welcoming each time that we came. The shop is located in a plaza with some limited parking, but people are always coming in and out so it shouldn't be too difficult finding a spot.Good, but don't recommend stopping by if you're in a rush. They take forever.

Krak Boba has landed in Menifee and it's the place to be!I stopped in to check it out after seeing their social media posts. Of course I had to go! I've only ever been to their Riverside location and that was a few years ago. This location is in a small strip mall near IHOP on the corner of Murrieta Rd. & Newport. Gia took my order and she was very pleasant. She answered my questions and had my drink out in minutes. They weren't too busy, 2 parties ahead of me so I didn't wait long. I got the Lychee Tea with Jasmjne Green Tea & Mini Boba. You can also choose Black Tea if you want. It came with real bits of lychee which is a nice touch. The mini boba was a new thing for me, and I have to say, it's VERY chewy!! Lol I didn't finish it all so I put it in the fridge overnight and was pleasantly surprised to find that the boba was less chewy and easier to break down if that makes sense. I liked the drink as it wasn't super sugary.Owner Carlo came out and was greeting customers, myself included. Nice guy! He also introduced ne to his wife and one of their employees, Michael. He made polite conversation and schooled me on the Bench brand (my jacket I had on). I never knew Bench is like the Gap of the Philippines, lol!! You learn something new everyday! That's how he knew I'm Filipino, too, haha!! Thank you Carlo & crew, I'll be back for sure. The shop is nice and bright with the floor to ceiling windows, and prices aren't bad. Parking lot outside can get busy but it's not bad. Check them out!

Super friendly customer service! I've been having my eye on this place about a month ago and am very excited it's finally open since I work next door. I've had their other locations in Orange, Buena Park, and Mission Viejo and I'd say their quality is still pretty consistent. Can never get enough of their specialties as they're always so unique, even with the new ones that they seasonally introduceWe got the moon princess and sunbright, both very strong and fresh flavors, and they get the drinks out really quick

The place was pretty good. First time here and service was pretty good and received beverages pretty fast. The drinks we got had a lot of flavor. The inside decor was nice and modern. The music was super loud to where you have to yell when you are talking to someone. Even the workers up front were yelling at the customer to understand there order.

Quality boba drinks. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The ambiance is instagrammable and cute too.

This place really is like Krak. It's only Wednesday and da fam has been here 4 times already! Feel like we've tried at least half the menu and not sure if we'll ever get sick of it. Many options to take care of all your craving during the week. They are well staffed and friendly. The Duke of Menifee Welcomes you to the neighborhood Krak Boba.
