This place is great! I got the regular milk tea and both the tea and boba were great. To me, the flavor and sweetness was perfect for my liking. To top it off, the service was friendly and quick. I do love that this spot is located within the River Street Marketplace, so its a fun spot to grab boba and then walk around or hang out! Lots to do around this area so location is prime for all types of needs and interests.

Located at the Rodeo River Street Market is Kozan Tea House, where they offer a variety of tea drinks with boba and additional toppings of your choosing for an additional price. You can watch the team make your drink as it is a see-thru glass window from where the public orders. We ordered the watermelon drink with boba and it was very refreshing, not too sweet, and it was a mixture of juice and slush!

Tried the super kiwi and the jasmine milk tea. I don't like my drinks too sweet so got 25% sugar for both and they were perfect for me. The drinks both tasted fresh and delicious and like they were made with quality ingredients. I called to order and had a few questions since it was my first time and they were very helpful. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Okay, so I think that the matcha Oreo twist is a great item and idea, but I just feel that this drink was so watery, compared to other matcha oreo drinks. The dirty matcha was similar, but it was also watery with not a lot of flavor in each sip. The service was great, the lady helped us with the kiosk that randomly shut off, but we were able to order quickly after the fix. I won't come back unless I'm already in that plaza, but I just think that the drinks missed out on the quality and flavor.

A cute little boba tea shop located in a plaza with plenty of parking. We arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Wednesday evening and there were people coming in, which was really great to see! They have a cute photo op area and use kiosks to order on located toward the far end of the counter. Their menu is quite large! There was a large selection of milk teas, fruit teas, and toppings to choose from (including alternative milk; Thank you for that Kozan)! I ordered the watermelon and kiwi fruit tea with crystal boba and 75% sugar and my friend ordered the roasted oolong milk tea with soy milk and regular boba with 25% sweetness. My fruit tea was pretty good, they used fresh kiwi and it was a solid fruit tea! As for the roasted oolong, it might have been that my friend got low sugar, but it was pretty bitter. Tasted very roasted. Which is expected but he wouldn't recommend getting low sugar for that drink. The boba was fresh and chewy. The two workers there tonight were super nice, attentive and efficient! We got our drinks pretty fast. Thanks guys!

We got the sesame shake and pumpkin spice latte. Wow. It was really good, the flavors and ingredients were fresh. I love love how nutty the sesame was. I would probably get it 25-50% sweetness next time since 75% was still too sweet for me. If you want actual PSL, don't go to starbucks, this is the place to get it!!

I love this place SO MUCHHH!! Their boba is my favorite, particularly their Mango Wave! They have the best fruit drinks, especially their slushes! The employees are always the nicest people and they are so easy to talk to!! The lot it's located in is near my school so I walk over after whenever I am craving a sweet, boba drink!! They allow you to change the sweetness level as well which is always great!! They have a variety of options and they are all SOOO GOOODDD! Give this place a try! PLEASEEE!
