Amazing shrimp tacos, and I don't like shrimpEverything about this place is pretty darn good

The kitchen staff needs to be replaced asap.The waitress was great, but the only good thing to come out of the kitchen was the salad.The recent menu change was a total flop.Really disappointed in the direction this restaurant is headed.

Even when you arrive at an off-peak time, as we did tonight (probably due to post-Holloween exhaustion), you still end up waiting for what seemed to be an unreasonably long wait for food to be served (even involving a warmed pretzel & cheese appetizer). Then the meal comes (we both ordered burgers & fries); the burgers were just 'okay', and the fries...well, let's just say there are several eateries in Yucaipa with much tastier fries...some of which are drive-through). Caution, if you order steak or anything requiring a serrated knife, be prepared for a frustrating experience, as for some reason, someone thought it clever to serve these items atop a piece of paper as opposed to a plate. While this may save the restaurant the cost of dishes & labor of dish washing; it creates a very frustrating experience for the diner who is trying to cut a steak with a serrated steak knife, while at the same time controlling a steak from sliding around atop a piece of paper. That doesn't even speak to the added issue of shredded paper (from the steak knife)! It really doesn't take a rocket scientist to recognize the impracticality of placing a steak, requiring cutting, atop a piece of paper on a tray, rather that placing the steak on a plate (forget improved meal presentation, just for practicality alone)!Tonight, I was trying to cut my burger in half, still served atop paper on a tray...no easier than the previous steak experience.The restaurant itself has a pleasant enough experience, I'd call it a Monday night football dining ambiance; complete with bar, large screen T.V.s and table seating. With a somewhat limited number of nicer sit-down dining spots in Yucaipa, Kluddes appears to still get a decent customer response. We've tried it on four separate occasions and in each case my experiences have all resulted in the same rating (on a 1 - 10 scale, w/1 being "poor" to 10 being "very good"): Service = 3 (courteous, just slow); Food prep & quality = 3-4; ambiance = 4.

Great spot with a modern country vibe. The brisket burger was so delicious. They can craft an excellent old fashion. Nicole and Kassie were very attentive and are great staff! Highly recommend this place!

Stopped here just for drinks on a sunny day & not disappointed in our choice!Greeted by smiling faces & ready to assist with anything needed. It was a very chill atmosphere, with great music & open concept with the garage doors up.

Bae and I spent the day in Yucaipa and Oak Glen, we were craving beers and barbeque! We also chose Kluddes because Brewcaipa was blasting horrid music, it was so loud! Our waitress Mackenzie was great, friendly and attentive. We sat outside, which I recommend for couples, more romantic. Inside is good for groups. We had the Kluddes burger with coleslaw and pork sliders with garlic parmesan fries. All was so yummy! We look forward to returning :)

My girlfriend and I just stopped in looking for a quick bite and beer. Walked in and stood in front of the host station for a min with out any type of greeting or recognition of any sort from any employee. There was not any type of "plz wait to be seated" sign so we decided to grab an empty table. After about 10 mins of employes making eye contact and walking by with 0% interaction, literally not even a hello from anyone! we decided leave. Very racy vibe with my gf and I being Mexican, I'm 6'3 235lbs and felt invsable *It was not busy! A small place that still had open tables* Seemed like a nice establishment, clean with nice decor.Food actually looked very good too, but obviously didn't get the opportunity to order. Will not try this place again. Came to rebels burgers and brews, accross the street. Would definitely recommend!

This place is amazing I go here all the time with my boyfriend and friends. It's always a blast. The food is amazing. Mackenzie is always so incredibly helpful, friendly, and so down to earth. Going to Kluddes is always a great time! I highly recommend!!

This place is terrible! My wife and I have been here twice, which is once too many. They have horrible service. They only have one waitress working, who was clearly overworked running everywhere. The menus are falling apart held by tape. Menu is overpriced and the food is nothing to write home about. The walls battered and in need of repair. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Although it's impossible to order food for pickup here, it is very delicious. The Texas tots and the brisket burger are fantastic and flavorful. The tacos, any of the tacos you select, are extremely good. You'll never get enough. The service is pretty good too. However you'll never be able to contact them on the phone which is strange.
