Kiyora Sushi

Been here twice - lowed the food both times.Good location. Best for groups of 1-4 people.$20-30 per person

The sushi here is delicious but a few things make this restaurant a hassle to eat at.The good: I love their salmon skin hand roll. It's crispy with a good amount of char and sauce. I also love that they have no rice rolls like their Sakura roll (I usually get it with salmon instead of tuna).The bad: they only serve lunch and are very strict about their seating time. If you ask for extra sauce when there isn't enough, you will not get it. The restaurant is pretty small.

Came here tonight for dinner take out as they aren't open to eat inside during dinner hours. I drive from Yucaipa so was worried it wouldn't stay fresh but was pleasantly surprised that the rolls held up with presentation and taste despite the 30 minute commute. I am pretty picky when it comes to sushi because my palate isn't super advanced and I only like certain fish but the Amber and Red Dragon rolls were 10/10 for me. I would definitely come here again.

Small place, with cute decor and kind servers! Our sushi chef greeted us upon entrance and says goodbye as you go! And food hit THE spot. Definitely a new place favorited in my books.

If you've seen my last review from last year, you'll know this place was starting to grow on me. And now, I can absolutely say that I enjoy eating here. The rolls are good. A couple of that owns this place are pretty much the only employees here, and they are very pleasant. The lady who served us was super cute, made a few jokes and offered good suggestions. We will definitely be back! Just something to note - they are open for dining in house only for lunch. They're open until the evening, but after 2:30 PM it's takeout only per the signs that are hanging in the restaurant. Hopefully that changes and dinner becomes an option.

Did a to go order (no dining in after a certain hour), and the order was correct, fish was fresh. Got a baked salmon roll which was really good, as well as a roll that had tempura onion on top (I don't remember what it was), and that was a favorite. Ask for chopsticks, it's not automatically in the bag.

Listen, this place is hands down one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. We usually do pick up and the lady that takes the orders is so nice. We have sat in restaurant too and the service was nice the place was clean and they were quick and friendly. This has turned into one of the 2 only places I get sushi from. They also have other things too and they are just as good. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Solid neighborhood joint sushi. Prompt service. Giving it four stars because the shrimp tempera was meh. It was basically just a fried prawn - should be flakier like real tempera should be.

We tried Kiyora for the first time last week during lunch time when they offer dine in. It's a small place with just a couple of workers that were working hard to serve full house. The service was quick and the food was great! We were surprised how much we enjoyed our meal. We finished everything and left satisfied. We will return.

I called today and as of today they are closed for dinner and doing takeout only. It was a little hard to understand the person the phone. Can anyone else confirm this?
