Kingdom Jumpers

Honestly, you don't run into companies like Kingdom Jumpers. Nat (Natalie) was incredible. She was so accommodating to our needs and time. They were able to figure out the best areas to place the jumpers. through pics. Oh, and they are also trustworthy. I can vouch! One of their trucks broke down, and Nat apologized that they were unable to pick up the jumpers and asked if it was OK to leave overnight. I insisted they use my truck so they don't lose any potential deserved business. They offered to fill up my tank, and offer me another jumper for my next event. This is my go-Jumper company. I was proud to have them as my daughters 1st birthday, and proud to have them for her future birthdays. I recommend them Highly!

Rented from Kingdom jumpers one week prior to my event. They were so easy to book with and their prices were amazing! The day of the event they showed up on time both for drop off and pickup. Nat made booking so easy and answered all my questions quickly. I highly recommend this company for any event and I will be using them again!

We last-minute rented a 13x13 jumper from Nat. She made the entire booking process a breeze! Day-of our event, they delivered well within the window we were given; set up was quick and painless and the personnel dropping off was extremely professional and polite. The prices were reasonable and the unit itself was clean and as expected. We got a Spider-Man bounce house and my kids loved it. We will definitely use them again!

Worst customer services I have ever had to deal with. They were 2 hours and 45 minutes late. They gave my wife several excuses as to why they were running late. Their communication was horrible as well. They would only communicate with us through Facebook messaging. I called them several times and left messages asking them to call me back but they never called and continued to leave us in the dark. My child's party was already underway and my wife and I had to figure out how we were going to entertain 30 toddlers. Once they finally showed up they never even apologized for being late. I asked them for a discount for being so late and they refused to do so. They demanded the full price and did not take any responsibility for being late. Horrible professionalism, customer service, and business. I will never use them again.

I had found kingdom jumpers on Facebook and they had 6 positive reviews on yelp so I went ahead and booked. I confirmed a few days prior to my event and the morning of I reached out to them 45 minutes before my event was to start and they said they had hit traffic and would be there in 40-45. That was at 9:15. At 10:20 I checked in to see where they were, supposedly they'd be there shortly. They didn't arrive to my house until 11:15, over an hour past my event start time. By the time they had set up my jumper, table and chairs it was quarter to noon, nearly two hours after my event started. I understand traffic happens but two hours late is beyond ridiculous. I will stick with someone local next time.

Clean, helpful and pleasant to deal with! They were so nice and timely with delivery and pick up! We thought my son had accidentally left some of his new cars from his birthday in the bouncer and I reached out to them and they were so kind about keeping in contact with me once they opened them to clean after the holiday and check if they were there. We look forward to renting again!
