Kids Party Shop Dulceria

After searching every Mexican market for a cute piñata other than the traditional "star", I found the perfect place with Kids party shop! They have an awesome selection of piñatas! All shapes, sizes and themes. Very friendly and personable staff/owner too. Would highly recommend this place if you're planning a kid's party!

Today I went in to purchase a piñata. The lady tells me her ATM is not working. Tells me the AMPM has cash back, I go pay the fee to get cash. Then I go back (she told me it was 30) but when I go back she says 32.78 I tell her I only had 30 bc that's what she originally said. So I left. She rather lose on making 30 dollars over losing 2.78 which is not the point, the point is if YOURE not going to have your ATM working then at least give the exact dollar amount including taxes for the next customer who goes and gets cash back. Don't say 30 then say oh 32.78 bc I only got 30 cash back. I wasn't going to go back and pay another fee at the gas station.

They charged $18 for helium alone to fill 8 balloons we provided. They said they would last 24 hours and they were all flat except 1 within 12 hours. They were unwilling to resolve the issue.

I am beyond satisfied with the excellent customer service and friendly staff who helped make my sons 13th birthday an epic event! I rented the mechanical bull with tables and chairs, which were delivered a day early and the staff even returned the next morning to set it up, and returned the following day for pick-up! I highly recommend this buisness for any party needs and I will be a returning customer without a doubt!

Really great prices and service! We knew what we wanted and we were in and out to gather things for my son's bday

I called the owner and ordered a balloon bouquet, along with 20 mylar balloons for a preschool graduation two weeks before the day of my event. On the day of the graduation I show up to pick up my order and the store is closed? I call and the owner says she is running 15 mins late, I say that I have cupcakes to pickup too, so I can come back, but is my order ready? She says that if I placed an order it is ready. I come back half an hour later and the store is still closed and its noon? I call her again and she said she came in and looked, but I never placed an order with her and she had to leave again. I realized then that she really did not care about her orders or her customers. I had to drive quickly to Party City in Eastvale to get what I needed and arrived 15 minutes before my graduation started! I will never again buy anything from that store.

I was in need of a Large Pinata for an event I was planning in the Inland Empire. I called around and checked the Internet. This store had the most product for the price.The Pinata was perfect! Their selection is pretty good. FYI, the Pinata did not have a hole for the candy.They also provide some rental equipment, but l did not use them for rental services.

They are opened when they want to be. Bounce houses are never delivered at the set time and if it's a Sunday jumper will be picked up 2 days later.
