I do not know what they gave me that was supposed to be chicken. It was disgusting. One piece didn't even have skin on it. Half was supposed to be extra crispy and was not. The only good thing was the mashed potatoes and gravy were hot. What a waste of $40

The worst service ever I try to order the specials they had listed on their website and they kept telling me they were online only and when I asked to speak to the manager or owner they said they only speak Spanish and asked me to drive up to the window. When I went up to the window I said okay give me the special you have on your sign and he said that's only legs and thighs. I said I would like something with the variety of chicken and they just stared at me so I left this is a horrible place to go to and the service is unpleasant.

Kentucky Fried Chicken. Has anyone not tried KFC at least once in their lifetime? I would bet that a majority of American people already have. It is my understanding that KFC is also available in several other nations. For me KFC has been good. Occasionally there were mishaps along the way but overall, good. Their fresh baked biscuits are hard to resist. Their chicken is available in several different varieties such as original recipe or extra crispy as well as baked. I've also tried their chicken tenders. All good. A variety of side dishes are also always available at all the locations. I was personally fond of their baked beans but for whatever reason it was removed from the menu. This particular location in Woodcrest off of Van Buren Boulevard has been open for many years and I believe within the past ten has been under new ownership and or management. Please fact check me on that. Regardless, KFC in itself have been around for a very long time. Families love to get buckets of these secret herbs and spiced up birds for holidays, special occasions, while entertaining guests or just because. If you've never tried it before I can't see any reason why you wouldn't like it. So go ahead and try it. Try it, try it! Don't be chicken, go on, try it!

Now I know why I go to KFC once a year. To remind myself how crappy it is. Decided to try the spicy chicken sandwich. I heard it had good ratings and therefore was a good sandwich. The first taste I got when biting into it was of old nasty grease. I couldn't believe it, nasty. No flavor and it wasn't even spicy at all, meat was thin and mostly breading. I think that they may have given me the wrong sandwich or misunderstood my order. It sucked and I will never have that again. Let's see what they come up with next year, maybe.

I ordered about 100 chicken nuggets for a party online to be picked up several hours later. When we went to pick it up at the time we requested they didn't have the order ready and we had to wait an extra 35 minutes. Instead of being apologetic, the employees acted annoyed and irritated that they had to fill this order. I do not recommend this location.

I ordered my food 2 days in advance online for a picnic. I tried calling in the morning on the day of the pickup but no one answered. I tried calling 5 times that morning. When i arrived to pick up my order it wasnt ready. According to the manager my order had been cancelled and their phone has not worked for over 2 months. She did not know why my order was cancelled and could not honor the online prices. The manager apologized and gave me a phone number to call for complaints. The manager did fill my order quickly however. Now that i am reading other reviews i see that s lot of people have had problems with this location too. I will be calling the phone number she gave me to complain.
