Lights shut down throughout drive thru and no one answers, but there are employees inside.
2 pieces chicken should of been 3 coleslaw, mashed potatoes, bisquit No butter or utensil came with it

Nasty old chicken they gave me yesterday, the leg they gave me was missing half the meat on it

I came here for my lunch and I realized once I got back to work my drink had a bug in the lid. Won't be coming back .
Hair fried in with the chicken.
half of my biscuits where under baked and the rest where in balls and pieces I tried to call twice and got no answer

First, I'm told that I can't do two cash payment orders in the drive thru even though I'm the only one there. That's fine. Whatever.Then I had to go inside and ask for more sauce for the sandwiches because they didn't put extra sauce like I asked. In fact, it looked like they put almost none just because I asked for extra. They gave me a container with nearly no sauce in it once I went inside. Get it together.

We just came into town for a wedding and wanted to eat some delicious KFC chicken tonight on the way home, come to find out there are ZERO napkins and no sauces for the biscuit. I called the restaurant as we were told to wait out for our food. I am handicapped and it difficult for me to get in and out of my car. I called when I noticed the order did not have any napkins. A young, annoyed employee answered the phone with an attitude and reluctantly said she would bring the request items out to the car. She certainly took her time and as she handed the bag to me, she said "For future reference you need to be requesting any Extra item such as napkins for (finger licking good chicken). She was very rude. I did not appreciate it. I hope management takes note of this lack of customer service.

Well KFC is just meh in general but this one here you gotta hope and pray you get all your food. we've ordered food and had chicken missing, had sides missing, never got sauces, missing biscuts, we asked for the legs and thighs and they gave us all legs when we went back to show them they said we're lying. This one just sucks.

Lorena, older lady with a flesh colored mole and a tooth gap, was extremely rude. When I got to the takeout window, she did not greet me and Did not give me a total. She just ran the card give me a bag and that's it. When I asked for a receipt, she said the machine is not working. I went inside to ask about something in my order. She looked at the receipt and I said "I thought you said the receipts were not printing." She replied, "Oh, it's printing on this machine" and tossed it towards me in a very rude manner. When I asked what her name was, she started saying "Juan..." Changed her tone and said "Lorena". So I don't know what the truth is. Extremely rude condescending, scoffed at me and walked away.

Walked in & ordered bucket of the dark chicken. Cole slaw- mashed potatoes & macaroni cheese noodles.. biscuits also.. SHOULD HAVE CHECKED ORDER.. but I did clearly say what I would like and questioned young man when he brought order.. it had no Cole slaw. And mixed white & dark chicken. Biscuits were semi hard. Been thru their drive thru twice in the Past.. totally F%#!!@ED in Drive Thru. Now Their Walk In Sucks.. personally I believe they would be great making Tacos or Rolling Up Burritos,, better Yet possibly Pull their heads out.. if that doesn't work reevaluate your job.. if you don't like it QUIT!!!Paying almost $50.00 for incomplete order is BULLS#!T!!0 STARS FOR THESE JOKERSSUNDAY SHIFT APROX 1PM
