Under baked cookie missing a chunk. But rest of the meal was good.
Thin, super dry and small. Nowhere near tender. Check your bag before leaving drive-thru.

Really really slow drive through! Inside not open. Additional wait for "Beyond Nuggets" then the receipt says that I got sauces. Got home and none. Super overpriced for the amount of food I got. The sandwich was good and a fair price. But yeah, I can see why their ratings are low.

Pedro has no customer service experience whatsoever. The minute we picked our food up he didn't even acknowledged us. Turned is head away from us to give us the food. We checked the bag for sauces and got some we didn't even wanted in the pickup order so we turned around to ask for the ones we wanted. He didn't even apologize or say anything. We got home and noticed the an item was missing and the food was cold, stale, and hard like it was sitting out all day. We went back and were calling the store to ask for a refund. He said we couldn't because it was an online order and was just being disrespectful. He even admitted that he didn't even check our bag to make sure all our items were there! What kind of manager does that? Then he insinuated we called him stupid when we said this is stupid. And he was just being rude after that. KFC needs to hire more people that actually know how to handle situations like this. What do you expect tho I mean 1.6 star rating? Yea must be bad.

UPDATE! Thank you Leilani- for taking ownership when I called you the next day!!! You are amazing- exactly what KFC needs! I believe you will make the difference!This place I have come to before and the chicken is the ugliest chicken I have ever seen! I ordered 12 piece leg and thigh!!! I got everything that was in the bottom of the basket! I even got wings. They didn't have Mac and cheese and pot pies were not available either! Not just this time but EVERY TIME I come! I agree with each and every review! Fries were not fresh nor were they full! I did a search of other KFC and the company as a whole have really gone down and the reviews are horrible! Find another chicken place. I will continue to search so I can find the owners of this establishment! I will reach out to BBB also! I am a type that pushes until I am heard! KFC will go out or are going out of business! Right after churches started closing down! So disappointed

I placed an order for 12 piece through the app. They only had 8 pieces and offered to fill the rest of the order with tenders. There should be an order cancellation protocol besides having to call corporate after the weekend. Outrageous and lousy policy.

We were there yesterday for lunch. After we sat to eat, I got up to order some food for a homeless person outside... Right there headed to the counter too, was a ROACH! I told a worker which told the cashier who told the manager. Who said he's going to call their exterminator... Should have listened to my first mind & not go there... staff didn't have anything to say no apologies, it was just a normal day for them. the food was alright. but trying to order the food was terrible. I waited at the counter looking at the menu the MANAGER comes up with a personal phone on his ear taking on it looks at me looking at the menu doesn't say anything and turns and walks away. 5 mins later he comes up tk me still with the phone to his ear stoll talking barely taking to me. I'm asking him questions and all he does is points at pictures. i lay for it he walked away gives me my drink and receipt I'm sitting down waiting for it and looking at my receipt sees he charged me for a fries chickwn bowl I ordered a Mac and cheese chicken bowl. my order comes out and its a mashed potatoe chicken bowl and j tell them it's the wrong one I have to wait 5 more minutes for it to come out. worst location everb

Omg. I took my dad tonight to KFC on Magnolia by the Tyler mall. We sat at a booth and waited for our food. We got our food and started eating. I noticed a freaking cockroach on his shirt . I freaked out and flicked it off. We looked under the table and there was cockroaches all over the ground. I told the manager and all he did was say thanks for telling him we freaking just got up left our food behind and got the heck out of there and of course I have called the health department and have pictures.

Ordered the original 6pcs and the chicken was kind of cold. I called their attention on it and they exchanged it with the same cold temperature. The chicken was also hard to bite because of its temperature. Perhaps chicken had been sitting too long exposed. I've asked for gravy to improve the already poor quality, and the front counter employee said that they have to charge me extra. I didn't mind paying but how the employee said it, seems like she didn't want to perform work. The younger girl was great, but she had to do something else. The other one was lazy. What happened to the days that gravy was included and not even such a big deal especially with poor quality chicken that we ordered. This place also looks go ghetto, location, parking, and employees. Sorry KFC Magnolia won't be coming back here.
