Walked into the KFC, facility was clean and well lite. The staff member greated me and struck up a conversation. Very good customer service! I asked for a modification to the meal and the staff member made it happen. Chicken was excellent!Restroom was clean as well.Thank you!Visited KFC on 8/25/23 @ around 7:45 pm.

This place smells bad.. probably that's why very few people goes there, I waited for 7 min when an employee was mopping the floor and totally ignored me, I ordered on line and my order wasn't ready 14 min after the time it supposed to be ready, the manager was called when I I started asking to be acknowledged, she got my ordered done and in my way home I noticed she didn't put the two sauces I supposed to get.Don't go to this terrible place.

Not sure how this rotten place has 1.5 stars. If I could rate it any lower than one, I would. How does this place stay in business? I rarely come to this one even though it's close by and convenient because every few times that I've come in last 3 years it's been HORRID.I regret it everytime Ive stopped here. There is never anyone in the dine in or a wait in the drive thru for a reason. Many reasons. Food is so horrible. The chicken is always dry and old. The chicken sandwiches are dry and slapped together with bread that's been sitting out for the day or maybe more. Either they run out of chicken at 7:30 pm, or run out of chicken sandwiches. I've wasted many trips here. Tonight, just like other times, the drive thru person is short and rude. And finally, they must be famous for demanding "card only or if cash must be exact change!" And the tone of how she said it tonight, in such a rude tone. I decided - nah. I'll drive straight through. There were no cars in front of me as usual and empty dining room also. Employees can continue to stand around and keep chasing potential customers away at the owners' expense and maintain the poor reputation KFC already has. Especially this location. We went to Carl's where they had a line and were happy to work and take my money.

Make sure you check your orders. This place never gets the orders right the first time and/or the second time... Due to being the closest I come to this location, but it maybe better to take the extra drive and maybe the other locations won't screw up as much as this one.

Horrible service! I've been to this location four times now and each time they never have crispy chicken. Today I had time to wait I was told it was going to take 15 minutes. I waited for over a half an hour after trying to call them multiple time with no answer. I went inside to check on my order that they clearly forgot about and was told that it was going to be an additional 10 minutes for my order. The manager Joseph rudely told me that they can't give me raw chicken while I understand, but out of courtesy, they should've let me know after the 15 minutes promised that the chicken was not done. This location is horrible, and I will never be back. I should have read the reviews first.

Employees and service is terrible and has been for years. Food is not consistent. One day you could go and have a tasty meal and another day you'll be very disappointed for the money spent. The worst part is hands down the employees and service.

How the heck I waited for 28 minutes and still got home and find 12 drumsticks that are so old and dry mixed in with new chicken like I wouldn't notice. This kind of place causes people like me to get upset when they protest for more wages. Not going back to this KFC again. No wonder there wasn't any customers eating at dinner time here. What a joke. Close the darn place down if you can't serve good food and accept legitimate money.

So today I'm here at the location it's 4.17 pm and I'm disappointed you have no fries no pot pies not to mention the chicken little wait time is 15 min are u serious!!!!!!!Then the cashier rings me up and doesn't get my popcorn bowl o ordered I'm disappointed in your location every time I come you guys are out of something .Learn to do inventory the right way so u don't run out of damn food I won't be back.Why is there no manager on site to overlook this issue!!!!!

Don't order from the app after 8pm if you're walking there. The dining is closed and the lazy guys with Edgar hair cuts will stand there talking while you're knocking on the door. Walked to the drive thru window for my food and was greeted with attitude.
