So the location for this KFC is not bad. I went here for lunch as I wanted to give the kFC Franchise another try. I was a fan in the past but had a few bad experiences that turned me off. I ordered the new chicken nuggets and the macaroni bowl. Both were really good. Just enough as for portion size and was really tasty. I was impressed. The order taker was very polite and gave great service. The store was a little dirty to be not too busy but it seemed they were understaffed. Overall a good experience. The price was not bad for two items as I spent less than $15. I may have to come back again. ***** service *** cleanliness ***** food taste and temperature

Could have been a lot better. They definitely seem to be short staffed and the condition of the dining area, the fountain drink area and especially the bathroom could have been a lot better. The bathroom was a mess, papers on the floor, no toilet seat paper covers, the top of the toilet tank was missing, etc. Both bathrooms are locked so you have to ask to be buzzed in. On the day of our visit, only one was operational. It appeared there were only 4 people working. One at the drive-thru window, two prepping / cooking and one at the front register, taking orders, then going to the back to back the orders, then delivering, taking requests to be buzzed into the bathroom, then taking orders, etc. No extra people to help with the condition of the restaurant. For the food, it was okay. Not as hot as usual but, I must say, most of the KFCs we've been in lately appear to have gone downhill. I'm assuming they are all individually owned. If they there were franchise locations, I would hope that the corporate oversight would be better. The positive for us it that it was directly off of the freeway and it was easy to park. Other than that, if we are in the are and craving KFC, we would search for another location. Hope they are able to find more help to get the place cleaned up. In the meantime, make your choice wisely.

Ordered food online and waited over half an hour, 20 minutes past the "Ready" time. AND it was missing the 4 additional biscuits I ordered. Last time I do this :(

Do not eat at this location they are willing to serve you really bad food health dept should shut them down and to the owner you are really bad owner take a little pride in your restaurant your employees are willing to put out really bad food and not completing order ripping customers off I spent $51 today and had to toss it in the trash chicken was old and dried out mashed potatoes and gravy looked like they were left overs from the day before but I'm sure I won't hear from you I'm sure you will continue to rip off customers

I would give them 0 stars but obviously can't. I don't mind that they're short staffed but communicate with the customers instead of letting them wait in your lobby looking crazy. I placed an order 30 mins ahead of time and when I got there I waited 10 mins for them to let me know that the nuggets will take another 15 mins... I saw guest wait and leave because they weren't being acknowledged. AND THEN after being told to wait for my food 15 minutes later my food was just sitting on the back counter the entire time....

The manager at this location needs better training on how to communicate with customers and proper training on how to handle online orders when there are issues. You should never tell a customer that's to bad and deal with it. The online orders charged me for my order and I haven't been reimbursed. They have had my money since the 4th of December. That day I left with no food for my children. I had explained to the store Manager that I had used the last of my money to purchase my children food online at there location and she said, " that's too bad deal with it and maybe you can get your money in 3 days too buy them food when you get your money back" she was so rude not sympathetic to the situation. The cashier was very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience. The cashier had more management skills than the actual manager. Let's do better KFC
