Love this KFC location!!! The staff here always accommodates their customers needs with extra sauces and etc. This place is always clean and welcoming. The food here is always top notch!!! Moreno Valley KFC's are definitely the corner stones of this franchise!!!

Many years later and not much has improved. The food is the same, order accuracy needs work. I placed an order through the app and they left out the dipping sauce I ordered. There are really no excuses for getting a mobile order wrong. The order is right there in front of your face, all you have to do is read.

The night crew is hella weak lol Just slide through Little Caesars n get you a deep dish pizza. It'll take 15-20 minutes but the service is great and the team is really friendly

This is one of the worst KFC's I have ever been to. Service is horrible. They always mess up the order, and constantly having upset customers waiting to talk to someone. They have the register closed, so nobody available to help. I placed an order on the Kia's and had to wait 20-30 mins for my order. A guy came after me to order, and he got his order in a few minutes. Horrible experience

This KFC is subpar in every way.I always give my opinion, but fact as well.I ordered at the counter, and 15 minutes later as I'm waiting, the "manager " tells me it going to be another 30 minutes before I will have my order.Turned out over an hour later I received my order, and as if wasn't bad enough, they still got my side orders wrong. But mentioned they gave me 2 or 3 extra chicken thighs.. The manager kept giving me "hard looks" and I replied accordingly ..Stay away from the night crew!!Oh, is there a way I can take back my 1 star and do like minus
