To the dude who packed my order, I saved this peace for you. It's utterly unconscionable to serve burnt food to customers, food you would not pay for yourself. They have no shame. So disappointed. But I will quickly get over it and I will never go back to this place again.

I have not had KFC in years...It was soo bland i had to google reddit why!!!!They dont use much spices anymore and deep fry in vegetable oil.Popeyes or canes is 10x better

You'd think with the employees getting 20 bucks an hour now the food and service would be on point. What a huge let down, I know what I was already expecting but damn. Everything was cold, my chicken sandwich tasted like it was microwaved, as well as my wife's nuggets.

So I just stopped to pick up coleslaw for dinner side dish and wanted a little snack. Ordered the 5 pice nuggets by itself $3.99. Drove up to pay and within 2 minutes I had my bag.I even told the kid wow that was fast . I checked the bag like I always do and felt the box of nuggets, it wasn't even warm. As I was driving I checked and they were the most miserable nuggets I've seen in my life! They were shriveled and looked like they'd been sitting for quite a while. I mean terrible customer service. 5 little nuggets and they couldn't even make them fresh. So very disappointed. Wil never go back.

YES! It is finally here; Beyond Chicken!!!I now have a reason to go to KFC. If I'm being real, it has been years since I have stepped foot in KFC. That definitely has to do with me being vegetarian for the past like 20 years. I couldn't eat anything at KFC, so why would I go? Yes one could argue that the potato wedges are edible if you are a vegetarian, but I'm seriously not going to go to a place just for potato wedges. Anyway, Beyond Chicken hit KFC's in UK last year and my chunky a$$ been waiting for it to hit the US....lol And let me just say, it was worth the wait! The Beyond Chicken was so good! I was surprised by the "meaty like" texture. It seems pretty close to real meat. As far as I can remember, although it has been years since I have eaten an animal. The batter was slightly crispy and battered to perfection. Dip that sucker in BBQ sauce and you good to go! Just a side note, the Beyond Chicken is not vegan friendly. It is cooked in the same oil as the rest of the foods. I understand that might be a deal breaker for some. And that is understandable. But you should at least know and be informed. :)I will be back, for the Beyond Chicken. I hope they expand the menu and offer vegetarian combos and family meals with beyond meat instead.

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell/KFC that has never gotten my food right ! Whomever the child overweight manager that was here today is the most incompetent employee I have ever dealt with ! This establishment has NEVER delivered my order correctly and I am so sick and tired of whomever owns this franchise, continues to allow this to happen ! Do you ever read the yelp reviews ?? Why do you continue to hire subpar and incompetent children that can't seem to do basic things such as getting your order correctly ?? I will never come here again ! If you'd take the time to read any of these reviews, a decent owner would make some changes unless you are just as incompetent and ignorant as your staff !!!

Horrible. I found a hair in my food. went in to get new food, wasn't mad because i know things happen i just wanted to get new clean food, i told the guy and he 'came back w new food' i get to my car start eating and that same hair is still inside the bag?? why was my bag not changed?? why was the hair not taken out? This experience was so disgusting as i didn't notice the hair was still in the bag i kept grabbing inside the bag to grab my fries without knowing that hair was still in there. very bad customer service.

I drove all the way here on my lunch got all the way back and they forgot half my food silly me I guess should've known better to check although I didn't think it was that hard. Wasted money.

This is specifically for the Taco Bell that's attached but they don't have their own listing. I generally love Taco Bell but this one was genuinely awful. The food was cold, they didn't include one of my chalupas, and I've been trying to call and no one is answering.
