Kawaii Klaws

An IG follower asked me to make a video on the Kawaii Claws West Covina location. But since I was already here I decided to just make a quick video here. I've been to the Westminster one before and the plush here looked nice. Service was just okay. They were in the middle of training a new employee so it was unfortunately difficult to get someone to reposition plush. Also, as a first time visitor, other claw arcades usually explain the process but they didn't do that for me when I was registering my new card. As someone with above average claw skill, this is very low for me but 4 plush for $20 isn't terrible. The plush are not licensed, but the quality is okay. Honestly not bad for some dupes. Compared to other claw machine arcades, this one is right in the middle. Not the absolute worst, but nothing that stands out. Fortunately, I don't live in the area and wouldn't have much of a reason or desire to return

Waste of money, all these machines are rigged to knock the toy out of the claw no matter how it's grabbed. Spent $20 trying out various machines. Rip off, play at your own risk.

i love playing claw machine games and kawaii klaws has quickly become my favorite chain to go to! ive been to many locations and am so happy that a location close to UCR opened. this location uses a game card, which is different than the other locations i've been to. the game card costs $2. the staff was very kind and accommodating. you can trade within the same machine and ask for a reposition. the claws were pretty strong. the selection varied, there were sanrio, pokemon, disney, etc. very fun activity, i will definitely be back.

First timer here and I must say it's pretty fun. The Service 10/5, they explained how it works and gave me a few tips. Selection of plushies is superb they have kirby, pikachu, kaws, and you can trade up! 5/5 for the plushies and trading up. Pricing is fair, we won about 15 plushies spent about $20 bucks lasted about an hour -- definitely will come back to get the bigger plushies!!

Kawaii Klaws is not to toot my own horn but I'm typically good at arcade games BUT I won so many times at Kawaii Klaws! I was able to upgrade my plushie which is super cool! They had super cute plushies such as Sailor Moon, Pokémons, Disney and you can upgrade to a KAWS plushie, Sanrio character, etc. Great variety, super friendly service - the employee moved some plushies around when she saw how badly I wanted the sailor moon you da real MVP!!Would definitely come back! Great time playing claw games. Good selection of plush toys. Very fun environment for the family!!!

Avoid this place! We know claw machines are never a guaranteed win but these are rigged to be too sensitive. We have visited the kawaii Klaws in Rancho and it was amazing! They have plenty of plush options, good machines and you leave with at least two prizes. They also offer an option for kids who had no wins to pick up price from their box. If you wanna give your kids a fighting chance to take them to the Rancho location. It's also less expensive!

Very fun! My kids enjoyed it a lot and the employee was very kind and helpful. My kid couldn't win a prize she wanted, so she ended up gifting my kid one of the prizes to make her happy. That's great service. We will be back again soon!

This place is definitely not like the one is Rancho Cucamonga where me and my kids won a lot of plushies. This one as soon as you grab it and hits the top it completely throws it down. My son wasn't too happy leaving without a plushie. Will not be coming back.

HORRIBLE experience!!! With the owner himself I assume. The little claw machine for the little kids opens before it even got to the opening and dropped the toys. The owner told maybe they were too heavy for the claw machine, which they were the lightest item possible, then he proceeded to laugh at my 5 year old, then he laughed in my face and my 5 year old started crying because he laughed at him. I asked him to stand and watch and he walked away and didn't care. He told me "I wasn't holding it right!" As if I am the claw machine. Maybe not all the machines do that, but fix the ones that do.
