K.J.’s Gluten Free Cookies

"Are these really gluten free"?! That is the question you will be asking yourself after having a bite of one of these amazing cookies! The texture and consistency is so good, just the right amount of chewiness, and I have had the chocolate chip, the red velvet, the oatmeal, and the most recent mint chip flavor, and they have all been exceptional. I even bought some to take to a girlfriends birthday party, I took some chocolate chip and oat cranberry bars from this brand, and all the ladies at the party could not believe that they were gluten-free and simply loved them! Not a one left, so if you are in the corona area, I believe you can go to crave coffee and get some of these amazing cookies or contact them directly, if you want them for a party or just a batch of them for yourself, but you will not be disappointed.

I had one of the oatmeal raisin cookies, and a slice of the banana bread while at my coffee spot. The cookie was amazing. The taste and texture of a soft chewy cookie was spot on. The banana bread was delicious as well. Usually. Gluten-free baked goods are either super dry or they taste like a cardboard box. Both of these items were Devine.
