Just Boba Tea House

Just Boba Tea House is located inside the 99 Ranch Market in Corona. It's a cute little shop. They have two self-ordering kiosks for use. Ordering was very easy. Prices are pretty average. I got the wintermelon milk and creme brulee boba milk. At the time, I thought they were milk tea. However, after I got the drinks, they look different... very milky looking LOL. Yeah, I got the wrong drinks, but it was all good. I still drank them. I don't think the drinks had tea in them. I must have selected the wrong category of drinks. They were still good, but just had that milk taste that I'm not used to having in my boba drinks. No fault of theirs. I just didn't pay attention when ordering.Staff was super kind and nice. I got my drinks fairly quickly. After ordering, I somehow dropped my wallet near the kiosk. A huge lesson learned for me! I didn't know until I went up to the counter to get my drinks. One of their staff members saw my wallet on the floor and they returned it to the cashier. Nothing was missing. Thank goodness it was founded by their staff. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Just Boba for your honest staff!The next time I'm here, I will have to try their drinks again. By the way, if a drink name has boba in it, it comes with brown sugar boba. Also, they do charge for no ice, but it's not too bad.

Terrible customer service. I shouldn't have to ask someone to wash their hands .. We then had a convo after no one was standing to take my order and the man was slurping on his soup next to the register then went to have a seat in front of the counter they ask me to put notes for no boba .. still gave me boba. Had to remake the drinks. I WONT EVER BE BACK.

This cozy little boba shop is located inside 99 Ranch, and it's actually pretty decent. They have a convenient self-service kiosk at the front where you can browse through all the drinks and food options. The wait time isn't too bad either. One thing to note is that there are no napkins available unless you specifically ask the staff.What we ordered: * Cocomango: A mango slushie with sago pearls and unexpected grapefruit chunks at the bottom. I enjoyed the drink overall, but the bitterness from the grapefruit really threw it off for me. 6/10 * Thai Milk Tea: A solid Thai tea! The 50% sugar level was just right, and it had a nice herbal flavor. 8/10

No chef for a place that sells food! I visited on mon n Wed after 5pm (they open till 8) to buy food, was told both time there are no chef. There are no signs anywhere saying no chef after certain time n you can still order food from kiosk. The girl at the counter also give no warning, will watch you order then proceed to give you refund afterwards.. What?! This not the way to do business so I won't b coming back anymore.

I frequent the 99 ranch and usually avoid these small tea shop because most of these business are trend chaser and they disappoint. But today I thought I gave it a chance. The Thai tea I ordered just tasted like milk tea. It's not bad but it didn't have any notes of the spices that makes up a Thai tea. Even subpar places like the r&b next door gets the flavor right. I'll definitely continue sticking to 7 leaves or making my own. Also idk how they're out of boba when it's a couple isles down.

I ordered the Jasmine green milk tea with crystal boba here and it's great. I don't usually finish my drinks, but the ones I get here I have always finished! I also got their popcorn chicken and it was so crispy and juicy inside. The service here is also great! It's located inside of 99 ranch where the food court area is. You can order on the kiosks here and go shop while you wait for your drink!

Located inside the 99 grocery store, I was excited to try it. It was empty with no customers and I went to the cashier and asked about the Taro, since it's my fave. She told me to use the kiosk. Which is fine, but I had questions lol. I used the kiosk who CNN was user friendly and they had sweetener percentages! A BIG PLUS! Then I got to the boba selection, not knowing there was a difference, I chose crystal instead of brown sugar . When she gave me my order I asked her what it was lol. She said that's what you chose. I know but what is it. I asked for clarification and she said what you wanted was brown sugar boba. The disappointment . If she had only answered my questions. She did not offer to remake it, which is fine because I chose it but that's where customer service comes in to play. Prices are fair.

Worst boba drink I've ever had. It had no tea and no flavor. Literally was just milk and boba balls and ice. On on of our drinks we paid extra for a mochi topping and no ice and it came without the topping and with ice. Basically paid like $17 for two cups of milk.

This place is confusing, there was one employee working that day and he barely spoke. When I was asking the employee where the menu because there was no menu displayed and he just told me to use the food terminal, overall drinks are good.

Service counter person was dismissive and condescending to my mom. When asked what food items do you recommend, her response was we don't eat things here. Well that says it all!
