Love this place!! It's inside Cravings (99 Ranch) supermarket in Chino. I usually get the classic boba milk tea, passionfruit green tea with boba, or wintermelon tea with brown sugar boba. The sweetness is adjustable which I love. I also get the taiyaki in nutella and custard. They're always served warm and crunchy.

Kiosk, order yourself, nobody welcomes you, nobody tells you your orders ready. And it still prompts a base 5% tip on an almost $9 boba order. Have to manually put in $0/0% tip. What would I be tipping for?! Also why's the straw so short...Oreo creme brûlée boba milk tea - good, got 50% sugar and still very sweet.

My mom wanted to check this place out because we were super thirsty & there wasn't much else open in this place but I was a little hesitant & after getting the drink, I knew I should've skipped it.We got 2 orders of the custard taiyaki, a Thai tea & a some sort of mango tea.Our stuff took forever to come out even though there was only 1 other customer & then the taiyaki was a little raw inside even though the custard wasn't melted. The Thai tea was probably one of the worst ones I've ever tried. It's like they poured half Thai tea & then topped it off with water! I couldn't even finish it.

This boba place is located in the 99 Ranch cravings.I have come here 3 times within the past 2 weeks.I am addicted to the crème brûlée taro boba milk smoothie. I love the custard in it.Sorry can't review anything else because I'm just so addicted to this drink lolYou place your order on a kiosk and then wait. I usually go shopping in cravings and when I'm don't my boba is ready. They are probably a lot faster but I get to go grocery shopping and then a treat a boba at checkout is great

I got to try this place for the first time tonight. They offer different drinks and snacks like taiyaki and mochi. I chose to order from the kiosk right in front of the cashier area. They have two kiosks to order from which is nice and convenient. For a Saturday evening, the whole food court was not busy at all so that was a plus.I ordered the Mango Fruit Tea and Orange Green Tea, both with 75% sweetness. The drinks were refreshing and not crazy sweet. As well as two taiyaki, one with nutella and one with custard. They offer 4 fillings for the Taiyaki, red bean, peanut butter, nutella and custard. The taiyakis are amazing, the inside is like mochi and the fillings add the perfect sweetness to a warm crispy sweet treat. I loved the taikyaki so much that I came back for four more before leaving. Not a fan of red bean but my second order of taiyaki was 2 nutella, 1 peanut butter and 1 custard. The peanut butter was my least favorite. I think they use a natural peanut butter because it's not sweet at all. My one negative for the taiyakis are that they have poor distribution of the fillings. The first 2 I ordered, the nutella was filled on the bottom half and the custard had a tiny amount of custard. My second order of 4 taiyakis was better, but had a small amount of nutella on the tail end only. There were 3 girls working in the front and no one greets you so it doesn't feel very welcoming. They also don't call out order numbers or a name when an order is ready. I was waiting near GoChoo for my order there and they just placed my drinks in the cashier area without saying anything. If I didn't go towards the cashier's area to check, I wouldn't have known it was ready.I noticed the same thing happen when waiting for my second order of 4 Taiyaki's later. Two women ordered a drink and were waiting off to the side seating area at GoChoo. The worker just placed the drink in the cashier area without saying anything and 5 minutes later the woman waiting for her drink came to check and finally saw that her drink was ready. The drinks and snacks are great but the service and ambiance need a lot of work.I would suggest to start letting customers know when the order is ready or even being proactive since there were 3 workers in the front. Like if you see the customer/s are sitting nearby, go take it to them or call out the order # and name.
