I rented chairs, tables, cocktail tables and table cloth for my daughters party I did my research and their prices were reasonable , the owner Silvia made a beautiful balloon garland. They delivered on time. Delivery and pick up employees were very courteous. Will use them again.

We are so pleased with this company! We rented chivary chairs for a party and they arrived, clean with the mats clean and placed in the chairs. They were already to be placed around the table! (No extra cleaning!) thank you!

Weak!!!! I would rather rent it from anywhere else. They are super picky with their drop off location and they have a bunch of fees. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one.

Great company ! If you are looking to have an event Silvia and her team are the company to go to ! Delivery was great and on time ! I had a surprise birthday party for my husband's 30th and everything turned out amazing! Tables, chairs, umbrellas, linens and bar all came just as expected! Everything well clean and sanitized ! I already booked with them for our next event ! Thank you again Silvia and the team !

Good customer service, timely delivery and pick up! I was able to reserve about a week in advance without a problem. The bounce houses smell a little funny, but nothing some air freshener can't fix.

I called junior's party rental for the first time . For two set up for my daughter 21st birthday and my granddaughters third birthday just at home something nice , elegant and sweet . I spoke to Silvia she is the one who is in charge of the set up . all I can say she was awesome she made the whole experience easy and fast. If anyone would ask me if I recommend them and yes I would and thank you . here's a couple pictures of the set ups and thank you Silvia and her whole team.

Never before felt the need to review a business, but I'll start off by saying the reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because we had a good experience once before.I rented a bounce house for a joint birthday party for our 2 kids, 6 & 3, who's birthdays are 2 weeks apart. I received a phone call in the morning today that the bounce we ordered had an issue that was not repairable. No worries, they said they have another one, same setup, just different style. I get it, not stressed....bounce houses have heavy wear and tear. I asked would this affect the delivery time and they said between 12-1 now. I informed them that the party started at 12, so to please do what you can to get it there as close to 12 as possibleCome time for the party, it's 1245, I decided to call the business to get an ETA....no answer. I call the second number listed on their website.....no pick up. I am unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I proceed to alternate calling both of those phone numbers a total of 23 times (picture proof if needed), with no pick up or response. They finally pick up the phone at 1:08 and say they will check on the status of the bounce house. After a few minutes, they get back to me to tell me there was an issue with another bounce house, so the driver will not be able to drop off for at least an hour. I initiated in asking for a refund and they agreed. I understand mistakes and things happen and come up. But for me to not receive a phone call about the delay, nor to be able to get a hold of the business/leave a message on either of the listed numbers, was completely unacceptable. It was a very disappointing experience to then have to come up a new plan in the middle of a joint birthday party. Will not be coming back.

Originally ordered a jumper from another company but the day of had horrible communication and very rude service and needed a jumper same day and didn't know what to do.... . So I reached out to juniors party rental and they saved the day last minute so glad we went with them!!!!Fast service and Communication great. Delivery smooth the driver was so nice. Price was reasonable. Definitely recommend them!!!! Made my sons bday that much better thanks juniors party rental.

We just used Juniors for a party at my home and they were amazing. Communication was good and the employees are all so nice! I highly recommend this party rental company!

Rented Chairs and a jumper for an event that started at noon was very clear when I booked that I need it delivered before noon was given a delivery time of 8-11 called at 10 mins to 11 to make sure they were on the way and was told they had my order and should be there shortly Allen again at 1145 because no one had shown up told they would be there in 10-15 mins didn't show up until after 12 when the party had already started. I had to do all the calling not once did they reach out to me. Completely disappointed with the service. Go elsewhere if you need something delivered on time for an event. Also when they came to pick up they didn't even tell us they were there no knock on the door nothing just walked right into my backyard... so unprofessional and rude
