Had to update my review.Decided to come back and give them another shot.To my surprise, they have new staff who are on top of their game!Friendly and welcoming.Ambiance is inviting, cute decor, and well maintained. Service was horrible. I walked in and employee acknowledge me from the back kitchen area. I was in a hurry to get to work. I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before anybody actually came out to take my order once the gentleman came out and took my order. He took another customers order as well. Note that I was there about 15 minutes and place my order first however he proceeded to make the customer after me his drink first since it was a smoothie my order a pressed juice after completing the other customers order the employee proceeded to prepare my order. He began to put the vegetables through the juice press using no gloves.!! I literally stopped at to set up every day, and I have not once seen an employee not wear glove protection when touching exposed vegetables nor did I notice him wash his hands. I asked him to remake the drink. The look in his face was very unpleasing we made my shoes and pretty much for the half a cup with orange juice And beats . I specifically asked for a custom drink. I will not plan on coming back to this location ever. Horrible service not something you would expect at juice it up

I absolutely love this location friendly employees, and customer service is always the best. I would like to thank the owners of Juice It Up for hiring such great staff. As I walked into Juice It Up, I had spilled my drink and made a mess on my shirt. Tony was so kind as I was having "one of those days." He reminded me it's gonna be OK and that it happens. It made me feel so much better! He really brightened my day as I was feeling pretty crappy. LOL. Thank you so much, Juice It Up, for hiring such great and compassionate staff such as Tony.

Love this place always clean and always friendly staff !The owners are very friendly and welcoming and there juices and smoothies are always refreshing even on a cold day ... I was recommended here for plant based smoothies such as the drink called " the reds " to help with digestion issues and more vitamins and nutrients and honestly I would have never tried plant based anything except this was amazingly tasteful !!!

Great customer service! Their delicious beverages are freshly made with high quality ingredients. Every smoothie has a great texture, a perfect balance of liquids and solids. The best part about this place is the ambience, their staff-blenders greet you with a smile, and they make you feel welcome! Their place is always clean and they have light music playing where you can catch a quick game on their amazing smart tv . Their menu has a great variety of options and flavors to choose from! Not only do they provide a delicious and healthy service, but they also love to give back to the community. This year they collaborated with Beattie Middle School their, generous donation to our PTSA program will have a positive contribution to our students and community!

Service was horrible, waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes for a bowl and I had to sit there and watch as people came in and out with there bowls when they only waited about 15 minutes. How is my time less valuable than the other people there. Just ridiculous really

if I could do a zero I would , today I purchased two smoothies substituted two ingredients on my ever green due to food allergies. I got the smoothie and it tasted horrible . I went in to get just one remade bc of the taste and the owner Louis gave the worst customer service back. he didn't offer to remake me a different smoothie he basically laughed in my face and said well what do you want me to do. then he went on to tell me its basically my fault and that if I did that at McDonald's it would be the same. this is the worse customer service I have ever had. I will be telling my co workers and patient to not go there .
