Juan Pollo

Decided to drive to Perris to come pick up some dinner. (We live in Menifee) It's 94 degrees outside and about 80 degrees INSIDE the restaurant. I'm not sure if the AC is out of order of they are not turning it on but it's unbearable inside this establishment and I feel terrible for the employees having to endure this for their whole shift. If you plan on dinning inside be ready to sit in a sauna like atmosphere better yet, do what we did, had to take it to go. There was no way we'd eat comfortably inside

Juan Pollo has the best rice. Their chicken is also great but I could eat the rice all day.

Good food fast service will go back, only problem there's always a homeless guy in front that's not their fault.

Ayer fuimos a comprar el paquete de dos pollos familiar el cual estuvo riquísimo pero la atención al cliente es pésima tienen una cajera despachadora con una mala actitud parece que no le gusta su trabajo pero uno como cliente no se merece eso es una mujer que se pinta como si fuera de noche a una fiesta, es la única que se pinta muy exagerado, si no le gusta ese trabajo que hace ahí, que se busque algo que la haga feliz porque por lo visto no le gusta y interesa su trabajo yo no volvería ahí a ver malas caras

They simply canceled my entire order except for a salad... so a dasher got a tip to deliver a side salad. I feel bad for the dasher. This is unbelievable. Horrible service.

I come here all the time for lunch. Every time I come here I get a burned or dry chicken. Same thing today. I don't want to say it's racism but the lady in front of me had a beautiful chicken. My chicken was dry and missing large chunks of meat. When I go to Moreno Valley's Juan Pollo it is a completely different experience. Other people I know have the same problem in Perris. Im not one to complain but this is ridiculous. I hope that the next time is better and I'm disappointing each time. I'm going to stop eating there and I'll ask my friends, family and co-workers to avoid this location as well. I have NEVER had a good chicken in Perris even when other people who are with me do.

Hands down these chicken were dry as Mojave lips.. I ordered the mini pack and it only came with one salsa and I ask for another because the picture says two salsa and the cashier said it's only one and then I said where's drinks and she said it doesn't come with drinks but the picture advertised comes with two drinks.. most expensive and horrible chicken I've ever had. Not to mentioned when we ate it chicken had no flavor and the pico de Gallo was so bland. Luckily had some sauce and pico de gallo left over from last night at el polo loco which made it taste better ... I would never ever come here again

Employees are rude when its busy & they forgot my drink when i asked for a lemonade & paid for one. Ordered Burrito w/ side & drink!!!!When trying to ask for it, cashier, hides in the back.Foods is good

The new management. Has changed everything. Food no longer HOT!!! Burrito rice with very little meat. What a rip off!!!! I will no longer go to this location!!!! I paid $32 for (2) rice burritos and potato salad

Horrible health maintenance every worker with no gloves just roaming about the lady was super nice tho attending cashier just a shame they couldn't atleast make health priorities better. If there breaking that simple rule anything else?
