Juan "no-go" pollo. First I came in and asked for a half a chicken. That will be 30 minutesOne hour later still no chicken. Everyone else before and after me was served. Tag was on the spinner. Forgot me somehow. How convenient. So while I sat there I watched and listened to themIf you were African American your wait was 50 minutes. Hispanic 30 minutes. Over and over again they gave different times according to raceBad enough I waited first got served last. Didn't even offer anything to make up for it. Sad. My first Juan pollo trip and it's like this

I'm a frequent, well WAS a frequent customer. Stopped by the other day to get some lunch. I needed to use the restroom bad. I walk in and ask if I could use their facilities. Young lady employee states that it's customers only. I state that's fine but I need to go now. She replies "after you order something I will open restroom for you. The line to register is about 5 people deep. I'm in my work uniform, I'm not a transient that's going to destroy their restroom. No way I was going to be able to wait that long. I asked very politely too because knowing using the restroom first before I spent money was against human protocol. So yeah, lost a frequent customer. Ended up going to that Bear restaurant across the way. They were very welcoming and saved the day.

Service is great. The food was dry. The chicken had good flavor but was dry. The place was clean.

*** Disclaimer: This review is for an online order ***I placed two (2) orders of the Jumbo Pak meals to cater a small gathering and it was perfect. One Jumbo Pack comes with 3 whole rotisserie chicken, 3 XL sides, salsa, and tortillas. For sides, I ordered 2 rice and 1 potato salad.The chicken was delicious and everyone was satisfied with the food. There were even extras for people to take back home with them.Pickup was easy and all the food was ready for me at the designated pickup time. This location is in Moreno Valley on Perris Blvd and Sunnymead Blvd, just south of the 60 freeway.This is a small business. Very limited seating so it's more of a pick-up experience than dining in.Great job, Juan Pollo - Moreno Valley!

I have been a long time fan of Juan Pollo. They use to be my go to location for catering for work events and family functions. After moving out this way it has been a while since my last time visit to Juan Pollo. This past weekend my family went by this location to grab lunch and it was a mostly nostalgic experience.The service was really quick. As the food was being ordered at the counter it was being chopped up and packaged almost simultaneously. The staff was also very kind.The food was not as nostalgic as I hopped. Everything was hot and fresh which was great. Nothing beats fresh food. Their rotisserie chicken is top notch. I would give the chicken a 4 or 5 easy.The salsa/Pico was bit different than I remembered it being it was a lot more chunky. The flavor was good and the hot salsa was good, but it would have been a bit better if it was processed a bit more. That I would give a 3 or 4.Their rice is always fantastic, but this time it was just a little drier than how I recalled it. It was also a little lighter in flavor than I recalled it. That would get a 3 or 4 as well.The worst item to me by far is the potatoe salad. It misses flavor big time and has a large amount of mayo mixed into it. I think if I ordered their beans instead my meal would have been much more enjoyable. For me at least their potatoe salad needs a major make over. That gets a 0 or a 1. Overall I would say this location good. I would give them a 3.5 but there are no half stars so I give them a 4. Despite the potatoe salad all their other offerings were really enjoyable.

The food has really been downhill. I used to go to this Juan pollo for years. Since they have new management, the food has been getting smaller , the chicken is dry , the service sucks , not welcoming. The employees seem to hate serving customers. I won't be going back at least not to this location.

Food is great, service is terrible. Last night went I went to order a family meal I walked in and looked at the big poster and right away told the young thin lady cashier I want the family meal and large side I want Mac and cheese. She's got furious and yelled at me "How dare you disrespect us like that, we're no El pollo loco, I can't believe it" I said I'm sorry, I'll get the rice then. The was Javi g am attitude and also was mistreating her coworker the chubby girl next toHer. Wow, not going back, rather go to el pollo loco .

Always came here for the chicken tacos. Had a pincher bug in one of tacos and never came back since. Refused to to give me anything back saying that It happened in my car. If the tacos are wrapped how does that happen? Never again
