The good: almost everything. The tasting room itself is cool and they had a great guitarist playing music on Friday night. We came out to see which food trucks and stalls were out, as well, and we all had good meals. The variety was impressive! The meh: our 2022 Zinfandel. It was effervescent, which was weird and not supposed to happen, I don't think? Flavor was okay but if I wanted a carbonated drink I'd have ordered a soda or champagne! I'm sure we will be back, though. Maybe the bottle was just a fluke.

Had a great time this past Friday at Karaoke . Not really a wine drinker but the other members of my party enjoyed the selection. They don't serve food but there is a food truck on the property that was reasonable.

Came out of the Friday night food truck event. Love all the options, especially the Cousins Maine Lobster. They are out from LA and never disappoint. So many types of foods, something for everyone. They have a movie on a blow up screen for families and a lot of space to picnic for the evening. Most of the vendors are really nice, but beware they close immediately at 8:30 to clean up regardless of who is there or trying to order. Get there, order your food and go eat in the winery or outside.

I met up with a friend who lives in the area so we decided to do some wine tasting after dinner. I tasted the 2015 Big Joe Red, the 2017 Tres Viñas, the 2016 Five Estates, the 2017 Velluto, and the 2015 Tempranillo. Each wine had its own unique flavor profile and characteristics that made it stand out from the rest.2015 Tempranillo was my top wine, rich and full-bodied with a subtle fruity flavor. Ruby red with black cherry and plum aroma, complex taste, and smooth finish. As you make your way through the winery, it's easy to get lost in the beauty of the antiques on display. From vintage furniture to old-fashioned tools and equipment, every inch of the winery showcases a piece of history. It's like taking a step back in time to a bygone era.One of the most impressive features of the winery was the attention to detail in how the antiques were presented. It's evident that the owners of the winery take great pride in their collection, and they have gone to great lengths to ensure that they are beautifully showcased. The lighting, the arrangement, and the spacing of the antiques all contribute to creating a unique and memorable experience.

I'm on a mission to discover Cucamonga Valley wine producers. Turns out there are several. This is one of the greats! Heard about their extra dry sparkling white, but got distracted by their dessert wines. Marissa and Cathy were super nice guides, and suggested I try "creme de la creme" sherry, "ruby ruby" port, and petite sirah port. All winners, all from locally grown grapes. I learned a lot, and took home a lot!

This review is for Karaoke night. I enjoyed the history of the winery. Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Winery is very old. Their Merlot was good. I liked it. $26 per bottle. No food other than Cousins Maine Lobster truck. Line was very long. We were unable to get food. Bummer. Karaoke was crowded. Limited seating. Older crowd. It was pretty entertaining. I miss their wine coolers or wine spritzers. They were delicious.

I have been researching cucamonga valley wineries .... Cant believe we used to have the largest winery , even bigger than today's Napa ! JFW is one the few wineries left in the area It's sad to read that Mr Filippi will be retiring and looking to sell his business. Go visit JFW before it's too late

Great atmosphere. Winery a bit old but overall staff was very welcoming. They don't provide food but you are able to bring outside food.

About 3 weeks ago we went to this winery to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was Taco Tuesday and the food was great, however, we came across a rude manager by the name of Madison. She was literally trying to kick us out at 7:30 PM ( I had called the winery earlier and I was told they close at 8:00 p.m.)We were a party of 8 and she literally stood at our table and told us to get out and she wouldn't move until we got up and left the table. The average age of the attendees were 60 + years old. We were not being loud or obnoxious, instead we were adding profit to their bottom line. Apparently Madison wanted to go home early and she pulled this stunt. This person needs to take a course in customer relations and hospitality. I don't plan on celebrating another birthday here.
