Johnys Tacos

Excellent taco truck. Cook stayed open for us at Wiens Winery and they make great tacos. Even shrimp tacos! Great taco truck. I highly recommend them.

I've been ordering tacos from Johny for almost a year now and they never disappoint! I truly love the meat they use, very flavorful, very tasty and cooked with much love. Definitely give them a try in Homeland on the corner of HWY 74 and Melba Ave. Johny and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I decided to stop by one day long ago. They also have a great selection of other items in case you don't want tacos!

Have had the pleasure of eating Johnys Tacos on 2 occasions now @ Wiens Family winery, there service is friendly and fast. The food.......spectacular !! The Birria tacos are so juicy and flavorful that is is hard to describe , they are the best Birria I have ever had and i have eaten them from Cancun to San Francisco! Crunchy shell, melted cheese and spices that are unique and delicious! The potato tacos are licht and chrunchy, topped with tons of cheese, so good. They have many other items , all are amazing. Their hot sauces, red and green are just the right complement to their food. If you can get a chance to find this taco truck, do yourself a huge favor and get some!!

The food was excellent! We had the carne asada burritos and had to had been the best burrito we had ever had! Our friends had the carne asada fries and another type of taco and their food was excellent as well.

Tried Johnys Tacos for the first time at Burgeon Beer Co. - The Oasis in Escondido tonight. We ordered the Birria Tacos and a Burrito. The tacos were delicious! I couldn't decide between Carne Asada or chicken, they suggested 1/2 and 1/2! How nice of them! The burrito was huge and packed full of flavor!! I hope to see them again soon!!

The best asada fries in the business!! Great filling burritos, they make sure to stuff them with the utmost flavor! You'll get more than what you pay for that's for sure!
