We always passed by John's Incredible pizza. And we decided to have a play date on a Sunday with kids.Entrance fee covers meal; and usually it's unlikely you will buy only the entrance fee because John's incredible pizza offers rides; arcade games, and variety of games for kids.We easily spent like $100-150 for family of 4. The food is okay, they have pretty decent pizza. Kids like icee and we like soft drinks. You get chicken nuggets and usual buffet stuff. Salads, soup, spaghetti, and breadsticks are some of common items. Plus like water down nacho chips. Kids have fun, but I feel the ride and some of glow in dark places needs to be changed. They don't get use as much. And the rides and credit system is confusing too. You can just use credits for everything because on package deals it says 2 rides. And it's hard to say how it's used when they scanned the cards. Because the rides still indicates 14 credits each time.

Went here with my niece and sister, I was so disappointed First: everyone has to pay to get in and you are told it's for 2 hours of eating. Problem is I have a gluten free diet and although they have gluten free pizza it's an addition charge for a small personal pizza, when the rest of the pizza is included unlimited Not a gluten free friendly place to go. Also this place is dirty and needs un keepThe bathroom were so dirty .

He's an outstanding gentleman who truly knows how to take care of customers. I was here with my son's soccer team and couldn't be happier with the incredible service he provided. Highly recommend!

Lesley was our party host today and on the customer service alone it was phenomenal and smooth! She was kind, attentive and extremely sweet with all the kiddos. As to the food, it's what it's expected. Buffet area was clean and stocked. Can't complain.

This John's incredible has been here forever. They are showing signs of wear and tear. As a matter of fact, when we were leaving, tiles were falling and breaking on the ground. Scary. Inside, the bathroom needed TLC. They were dirty. We didn't play any games this time. We just ate. We ate inside the Vertical room. The floor was clean but the paint might be coming off. The buffet itself was dirty. They did try to clean up most of it. The pizza was slow in coming out. I did ask for my favorite peanut butter pizza to be made special 2xs. The second time I had to wait 30 plus minutes since they messed up the order. The service at check in was great. The service on the vertical dining room was slower. They bus boy tried. Overall, I still prefer the Moreno Valley John's incredible.
