I spoke with 3 other companies before JJ Jumper Rentals, and I learned real quick that just because a bouncer rental business lists prices....that is NOT the total price after all the fees lol. JJ Jumpers has clear up front pricing which includes the final amount and is shown on their site. This industry I've learned is riddles with people tryikng to make it look like they havelow prices. I appreciate the integrity and the transparency Josh displays with his company.Excellent customer service. Super smooth process. The guy that answers the phone is Josh, and he owns the company. You can tell he cares about how people view his business by how helpful he is.... Anyway, I've never rented a jumper before, and dude was super helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each one.PS: I plan to update this review in a few days after our party

DO NOT BOOKPaid deposit for party rental, but Josh was unresponsive to emails, phone calls and texts leading up to the event date.10/17 - Initial deposit and contract process was suspicious and Josh did not retain my booking information, which I provided online. He emailed me asking for it, and didn't give his name when asked. Very sketchy and I told him as much. He assured me it was not sketchy and gave his cell phone number. 11/23 - First attempt to contact Josh with questions regarding delivery and pick up times via phone but the voicemail machine redirected me to send a text message, which I sent the same day and never received a response to.11/25 - I sent multiple text messages, which went unanswered (again). I made multiple calls, and Josh only answered one time and hung up before I even finished saying my name. Later that same day, I called Josh from a different phone number, anticipating that he'd pick up because he didn't recognize the number, and he did pick up the phone; however, after realizing it was me he said that he would call me back "in a few minutes" and never did. This was the NIGHT before my event date. 11/26 - I called multiple times again in the morning from two different phone numbers, but received no answer. I followed up with a text message saying that Josh's lack of response was tantamount to cancellation of the order and that I had made other arrangements as a result of his inaction. I also requested a full refund of my initial $50 deposit, which has not been received as of 11/29, and Josh did not respond to this last message either.Completely unprofessional and rude. This is not how a business should be run. DO NOT BOOK. I called Marky's Party Rentals in Chino that morning of my daughter's birthday and they showed up within two hours, and it cost less than this scam of a rental company. Highly recommend Marky's if you are in the Chino area.

UPDATE 6/18/22: No one has called or even stopped by to pick up the tables and chairs I rented two weeks ago. They won't return texts or calls. Seriously incompetent! WOULD GIVE A MINUS 20 RATING IF IT WAS AVAILABLE!!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! I rented 3 tables and 25 chairs over a week ago and they haven't returned to retrieve them. I called and texted and finally got a guy that promised to pick them up the next day, he didn't. I called and texted again and he promised to pick them up this past Saturday, he didn't. What a sham of a company, how do you leave equipment at people's homes without their consent? I was advised to keep my text threads and place the stuff outside. If they pick them up, they pick them up. Piece of garbage company.

So, it's about a week before my son's 7th birthday and he comes up to me and says" mommy I wanna have a party with a jumper"! We've been cooped up, quarantined for the last two years, have had 2 virtual birthdays so of course I wanted to answer this request for my son. I frantically get on Yelp to find any locations that had availability. I immediately messaged JJ Jumpers and they responded quickly and pointed me to their website. I found the website easy to use, prices reasonable , I booked my rental in less than 10 minutes and quickly received a confirmation email with my contract!Let's fast forward to the night before the event, I called to ensure everything was in place for my sons special day , received a confirmation and was surprised how friendly Josh was! On the day of the event he called me , said he was arriving early which was amazing and was super friendly at arrival! I received the best service , the jumper was phenomenal! The party was a hit , and the addition of the yard connect 4 was amazing for the adults! I would rent again, and I'd recommend you check them out !!!

My sons 2nd birthday party today and they never showed up! He said he was gonna call back with an eta and never called back. After hours of calling them and texting NO REPLY! He took out deposit when we booked but day of event when i called he acted like he didn't really remember the event we were having, Smh so crappy to conduct business this way and disappoint children! I'd give a zero if i could! Also disputing the charge with our bank since he never responded to refund the deposit. Just awful. Do not book them!

JJ Jumper rentals is the only company I rely on for any jumper rental needs. Not only do they have a great selection to choose from, but their prices are unmatched. Their customer service is what turned me into a repeat customer. The most recent rental arrangement I had made had to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very accommodating with my situation. On the morning of our event, I received a text stating they could not provide the water slide I had reserved due to an employee's daughter falling sick with covid a few days prior. I do not blame them for cancelling as I would rather not risk exposure. Therefore, I did not plan to leave a bad review for this unfortunate situation. But I was surprised they did not have any contingencies or back up plans in place after a year and a half into the Covid pandemic. And I was surprised that the employee was allowed to handle the inflatables (when they had a sick child in the middle of a pandemic) in the days leading up to the event and I was only informed a couple hours before the time they were supposed to deliver. This really left me in a bind.Ultimately I decided to leave this negative review for a few reasons: (1) I found it unprofessional that when I responded to their text with a follow up question, they never replied. (2) they said they would provide a refund but it has been 5 days and I still see the charge on my credit card. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. (3) I look to Yelp to benefit from the experience of others, good or bad, and unfortunately I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.
