Food was great service was rushed n server was rude when we asked a simple question she snapped at us & this is our first time trying jimmy johns since we heard about the pickle sandwich ( heavy set white lady w batt tattoo ) won't be back to this location :)

Just ordered for my 1st time the Bootlegger Roast Beef. OMG!!! Props to the Staff!!! Totally exceeded my expectations by 1000%!!! I'd say the best Sub I've had from there!!!!

Went to Jimmy John's today with some co-workers for lunch. Walked into their small location and they had a sign on their register "no ice". So I ordered two sandwiches a bottle water and chips. They would not give me the combo deal even though their ice machine was down. I also asked for both sandwiches to be cut in half. My bill was $21.53. I handed the employee a $50 bill. He said he would not accept it. The employee said it was store policy to not accept anything over a $20 bill. I understand this is If my bill was under $10. But my bill was $21.53. I tried using my card and the machine was not accepting it. The employee said I could walk to a bank next door. I ended up using Apple Pay and it worked. I got my sandwiches and neither were cut like I asked. I didn't go back and ask to cut it. I just sucked it up. Before we left my co-worker went back in to refill his warm drink and he said the employees were talking smack about me. I will not be going back to this location. I did not make a big deal about anything. To be talked about behind my back after being ridiculed about using my a $50 bill or my card not wanting to work in their system is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place!

We walked in and were told it would be a 40 minute wait for our sandwiches to be made because they were working on a large order. There was no one waiting at the store and they refused to take our order until they were done. We walked out. I hope Jimmy Johns' entire company shuts down. We won't be back. Called and left voicemail on Jimmy John's corporate line. Voicemail answers and says "No one is available to take your call, please leave a message." Must be the entire corporate motto to not care and have a decent message directed at your customers.

Yesterday I went to purchase their "day-old-bread" for a gathering we're having and they didn't have any, not a big deal. I bought it fresh as I didn't have any other choice; I didn't have time to make it back to the grocery store. Our gathering expanded so I went back this morning, as soon as they opened thinking I would have a greater chance of getting the day-old stuff and still, no bread. The associate remarked they forgot to save bread from the previous day. Not saying that's what happened yesterday but it is an odd coincidence. I completely understand that it's only while supplies last and relative to the previous day's sales but if these two scenarios so happen to coincide with my experience and simply not saving the bread, then JJ's shouldn't market or offer it as an option, not to mention it sounds like they threw away yesterday's bread for no good reason. Everybody, myself included, as a note, call in to verify that someone decided not to be lazy and saved the bread, adhering to their marketed day-old-bread deal as opposed to forgetting it all together and tossing their responsibility.
