Unbelievably racist and rude workers here. I am clearly a Muslim they tried to take advantage of and ignore. I was treated horribly. Had the worst experience. Walked in to be ignored and told to wait for 15 minutes to see if my order would show up even after showing them proof of purchase. Shirene was so rude and made me wait and didn't bother letting me know if my order was done or not. I went up to them 3 separate occasions until Trinity said they are having issues with the app and I have to wait to get refunded and that I had to order again. The girl said she was the manager "Trinity" was her name. When I asked to speak to the head of the store she said she was the head of the store as I heard laughter in the back. I asked for the corporate number and she gave me a discontinued number. When I called back, Shirene picked up and said oh please hold and talk to my manager and she hung on me as I heard laughter again. I called back and they hung up again. Disgusting behavior by this unwelcoming and racist environment. They double charged me. Made me wait 30 minutes and my food came out horrible. The reviews are already horrible and speak of their ill manners and ignoring customers. I am not sure if they gave me real names and I hope the real store manager reevaluates who she is hiring. This was like a sick high school game.

This branch is disgusting , found a weed joint in my sandwich .. called to speak to a manager they hung up on me two times !! It's been 4 days and no manager or owner has called me back to discuss the problems . I have notified the health dept regarding this jimmy johns !!! Never order from this jimmy johns ...

Fire time husband and I stopped in here. We've heard good things about their subs and decided to give them a try. Both of us ordered the regular 8" size and literally got 3 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers on our sandwiches. Also, extremely little avocado spreading even any at all, we can't tell and can't even see/taste it. We are both super disappointed. Won't be back.The amount of turkey on mine was good but the veggies...the cheapest part was sad. My husband ordered a veggie and it was so skimpy.Edited to add that none of the workers were wearing masks. Hard to believe that they were all vaccinated. I understand it's a personal choice but the masks aren't, especially when you're serving food.

I love Jimmy Johns. I have had 4 different sandwiches and they are delicious. My favorite is the #9 Italian night club. It reminds me of the sandwiches i had in Rome. I highly recommend.This location is very nice, the staff are always friendly and polite. Good food and great service, you can't beat that.

We went to jimmie johns in corona on way home. It was about 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The doors were locked, lights off and the worker ignored us, not even looking at us. This was February 10, 2024. No sign in door or explanation. Website said they were open and we pulled off the 15 for JJ. Why?

This place randomly closes whenever they want. There have been 4 occasions in the last 2 months when I attempted to eat at this location well within normal business hours and they were closed (between 5 and 6 pm on various days). They are driving business to Jersey Mikes where they have predictable and reliable hours.
