I've been coming here pretty regularly and can say that this location has consistently good sandwiches and helpful staff. Sometimes it gets busy during lunch hours but that's expected for this plaza. One thing I gotta make clear: There's no other way besides Mike's Way.Will for sure continue to come here!

My visit to Jersey Mike's in Riverside Plaza was absolutely unforgettable, all thanks to Cameron! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such genuine warmth and positivity, making me feel truly welcome. We ended up chatting about everything from IKEA to the Dodgers and, of course, our mutual love of sandwiches!Honestly, I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations where the atmosphere feels a bit down, and the staff seems tired and uninterested. But Cameron was a breath of fresh air - he brings an energy and kindness that's so rare. He not only made a delicious sandwich but also turned my quick stop into a genuinely uplifting experience. Ordered on-line, paid on line, picked up at the Plaza. Order was a #7and a#13 on WW. Everything was correct , fresh and satisfying and ready when we got there. Still a good value at just over $20. You can't ask for much more.

Waited 30 minutes for the employee to call her manager to see if I could use my coupon which expired 4 days ago. I am a disabled veteran who walked 3.1 miles with a walker for that coupon. I was told they were good until the end of the year! Can't believe you couldn't help me. Jersey Mike's doesn't care about good will or veterans!

I go to JM a few times a month. They're not the cheapest but they are the absolute best. I have only had one sandwich come out less than perfect but I know they were really swamped. The mood is always very positive and energetic and the smell!! Delicious!!

Not sure why it has 3 stars but this place rules. Super excellent customer service chill vibes. The most perfect rosemary parm ready and available versus another location. The person made me the best #8 club sub regular sandwich that was so delicious. Thank you for satisfying my craving!! 10 stars!!!!! Will def go back here forever.

#7 sub mikes way EVERY SINGLE TIME it's so good!! I always get it with the sea salt and vinegar chips and it just is so good. Workers are super sweet and quick with my order too. Love this location since it's never too busy either it's perfect.
