Came here during lunch hour...luckily not too long of a line. Operates like like a Subway. There is also some indoor seating. I got the Mike's Chicken Philly, and it was good.

I usually have great experiences when eating at Jersey Mike's. However, at this Jersey Mike's located on University Ave. Riverside was shocking for me. I've ordered food on the app a few times already, and no problem. This time, I ordered an hour before I would pick up my sub at 2:00pm. This way, I'll have more time to eat for my 30-minute break. I got there about 2:05 p.m., and the employee (Jaden ) asked who was the pick-up for, and I gave my name. He said that order was made at the 1pm I ordered on the App and it's in the fridge. We will make you another one in 2 minutes. This place was busy at the time so I don't know how it would be only 2 minutes. I sat and wait for 5 minutes and saw a bag was on the counter. I asked Jaden if it was mine. He said yes, and asked why didn't you tell me. He said I thought you went to the restroom. Why would I go to the restroom? I'm waiting in the front so all workers could see. I saw the manager Rosie and shared my bad experience. She said she would talk to Jaden. I got to break the room, and my sandwich looked like garbage or leftovers. I couldn't believe what they served me. See the pictures for yourself. I just opened the package, and there this inedible sandwich. It something you would find in their dumpsters after work. I paid a total of about $12.00 for sub #9 and diet coke. This is not the standard of Jersey Mike's food or customer service. I called and spoke with Rosie ( manager) and she said to bring it back. I had to wait until I got off at 5:30pm to bring back. Needless to say, no lunch today. I showed Rosie the sandwich, and she said that's the correct sandwich. I said I've had better-looking sandwiches than this at Jersey Mike's. There was no apology, just I'll make you another one. I got my sandwich and left. Yelpers, please let me know if you have bad experiences with this location. It's a 1 star for me. Yuck

Wow, I'm in total shock, I always order from Jersey Mike's, and today, I was totally surprised by the customer service given by assistant manager Julia. I ordered 2 sandwiches on December 22nd at 6:42 PM, and both sandwiches were delivered. One was totally wrong. They did not pay attention to the details in the order that was submitted online. After the delivery, I immediately called back and spoke to Amen, and he was very apologetic, and I wanted to come back and get a free sandwich. Because they did not do what the order specified. So right now, I called to retrieve the sandwich that I was told that was going to be replaced from the mess up 12/22, Julia very rudely told me. Amen doesn't have the right to pass out free sandwiches and stated I would not be receiving a replacement sandwich.

Here almost daily... not kidding. Jersey Mike's juices and cherry pepper relish, hit a spot that no where else can lol. I get the veggie, but when I'm craving meat, I love their turkey. Their roast beef is really good as well. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh and veggies are topped fresh as well. **Get it Mikes way.. add mayo and cherry pepper relish to the lid** literally the cherry on top!!Everyone working; whether day or night shift, everyone is so friendly and helpful personable. All while being quick during the small lunch or dinner rush.They're cold & hot subs are really good as well. So yummy!! You'll definitely be returning!!

Came in here today on the way home from a long day at the safari park. My family and I encountered an employee named Rosy, and she was very rude. She had very poor customer service. I am vegetarian and asked for a veggie with extra lettuce and tomatoes. The guy employee making my sub said you want it Mike's way I said no thank you nicely , and ordered it with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and light vinegar and oil. Rosy wrapped the sandwich up and said to me "next time you can order it by saying mikes way no onions". I guess she does not know that mikes way also consist of salt, pepper, onions, seasonings I did not ask for. She was also very rude to the customers in front of us. I honestly feel bad for the franchise owner as they will end up born too close if they have employees running people off from their location. I will never go back to this location. I have never had a bad experience at Jersey Mikes before. Rosy needs to be re-trained and warned to not treat customers so poorly and have a bad attitude or this location will not make it.

I'm not complaining about Jersey Mike's just this particular location. I've been there a few times the staff is never ever Pleasant or friendly and on top of that the place is disorganized would it hurt the owners to put up a simple rope so that it was obvious who has ordered and who was waiting on an order instead of just having a room full of people confused. On top of everything there are no soft materials in the store everything is hard so everything Echoes and it becomes extremely difficult to know what they're saying if there's a room full of people. This store this location needs New Management.
