It's been awhile since I have gone in & ordered here. Stopped in after a busy day of running errands with my 5year old. Staff were very welcoming. I ordered 3 regular subs. One plain (Turkey, lettuce & provolone) & 2 Italians. He started to cut the bread for the regular size sandwiches & it just seemed way too small. I asked if I can get the next size up & he was so nice & told me next size up was giant & showed me the size of bread. I agreed to 3 giant .. figured that would be dinner & extra for lunch tomorrow if we didn't finish them. By the way , "Giant" doesn't look THAT giant lol to me it looked just like a regular footlong from subway. I didn't make them meals .. just the 3 giants by themselves & a soda totaled out to a little over $70. (I tipped around $8) . I didn't think anything at the moment because my daughter was hungry, getting impatient & we still had a long drive till we got home, so I paid & hustled out the door. Husband wanted Jersey mikes,again, about 3 days later & it reminded me to call and ask if they charged me for 3 meals because my total didn't seem right for just 3 sandwiches & a soda. FYI a giant sub (I think it's just a footlong, don't quote me) giant sandwich start at $20.00. To add a drink & chips is another $5.00 or so. $70 .. my lazy ass could have bought all the ingredients, bought a bulk pack of chips & 12pk of soda and stilllllll have money left. Their food is delicious! Customer service is awesome! It was my fault for not reading the menu & prices well enough to understand that I was about to pay $20 PER sandwich. I'm still blown away that I paid that much for 3 sub sandwiches if I wasn't tired from running errands all day with an impatient, tired & hungry 5 year old .. no way would I have paid that much for fast food. Good food but so expensive & overpriced :(

I tend to be a regular at jersey mikes but only when I'm in the area. I don't order online only because I have specific instructions for my favorite sandwich that I am unable to relay online. I always ask for the meat of my chipotle steak sandwich to be well done as I have had a previous experience from another location where the meat was undercooked. This location is very good with my specific requests and comes out great everytime!

I love their sandwiches. I treated my mom and she was very satisfied. I ordered thru Uber eats, but they got our food right and it was ready to pick up within 30 min. Food was very fresh and very good. Prices are good, you get what you paid for. We all got combos as well as my son. They do have kid meals which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!! Customer service was great when I went to pick up my order.

Idk what it is, but I just cant full get behind JM.... My fiance loves it because he loves their relish but I feel like every time I have one of their sandwiches it's dry and just meh for the price. I WILL say I appreciate how much meat they give but that's where it kinda stops for me.
