Jersey Mike's Subs

Places an order online, SECOND TIME. We to be ready at 5:26pm. We showed up at 5:49pm & food was not ready. Not the first time it happens. This is the second time at this location. & both have been a disappointment. Will be going to Frederick instead! Placed an order online and was going to be ready at 4:12pm, we showed up at approximately 4:30pm. Our food was NOT ready, was it in the process? NO, they started making it after we arrived.

I came here a few days ago for a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, which is my usual order. I asked for the green bell peppers instead of the other sweet peppers. They added some lettuce, tomatoes, & mayo to my sandwich. I ended up eating it there because otherwise it would spill everywhere. The workers were very helpful. Good food & good service.

I am not one to often leave reviews but I was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of Carly and Faith, along with their coworkers (2/19 around 12pm). I mistakingly placed a catering order a day later than it was needed and showed up only to find it was their lunch rush and the order wasn't started due to my mistake... however, they reassured me they could make 15 box meals as ordered within 30-40 mins. Not only did they do it but they did it with a smile while juggling the lunch rush! I've never seen such efficiency and quality customer service. I will be back thanks to these two! Amazing work, Carly and Faith! Thank you!

Jersey Mikes serves up good sandwiches and good service. It's very convenient ordering online for pick up or ordering a sandwich for delivery.

I was in search of a Pastrami Sandwich, but was told by this Moreno Valley, CA location of Jersey Mike's Subs, we don't make that anymore. I was so sad. The rest of their food, service and atmosphere is probably pretty awesome, but if you want a Pastrami Sandwich, you will have to keep looking.

I love Mike's way # 2 mini.... if I'm by myself or regular if I'm with my husband.... Just enough.. 3 people working the line... very efficient... line manager calling instructions made the line move quickly.... We ate inside... it was full house... parking is tough.... Lots of businesses....Food is good!

I tried this Jersey Mike's located on Iris Ave. I ordered a mini #8 sub online for a pickup at 1pm. The order was ready, and the the young lady behind the counter was nice to give me a cup to get ice. The bread was a little hard, but the sandwich tasted pretty good. Overall, I'll give this place 3 stars

Service was ass. The little girl on the phone was no help. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich with no buffalo sauce and I let her know I did not put that option online but she proceeded to go back-and-forth with me and asked for me to bring in my receipt for proof. Lmao. Horrible customer service. You'll get better service at McDonald's LMAO.

Terrible service, placed an online order that said it would be ready at 6:53, a simple cold wrap. 3 workers, 1 was actually helping someone. The other 2 just talking joking around in the back. Order was well over 10 min late. This place is a joke
