My go-to at Jersey Mike's is the Portobello Mushroom Steak Cheesesteak on a white roll with chipotle sauce, and it never disappoints. Heads up that walk in customers will get priority over mobile orders. I placed a mobile order and 30 mins later my order is still not ready as they are servicing the walk in customers first. I'm literally sitting here watching everyone pass me on by Because of this, the parm bread that I wanted sold out which is something I was really craving! Nothing against the employees at all, but the process is so backwards and not customer facing

Went to Mikes house and was greeted by all employees working. We were 1st helped by Gavin who has amazing customer service. We ordered number 7s the "Mike way" and everything tasted delicious and the ingredients were fresh.

I love jersey mikes but your Saturday afternoon crew is losing you money and clients. They don't greet, they let you stand there without even acknowledging that you are there. They talk amongst each other like you're not even in front of them. The vibe is bad at this one. Check your cameras at 2:30 in March 23 and you will see three clients walk out. Kind of bums me out. This review is just to help the owner hoping he can do some training. Good luck.Thank you for your response I went from your store to the Eastvale store. They had 16 people in line and I was in and out in approx 14 minutes with a vibrant friendly crew. I hope your business is successful.

We had a very good sandwich from Jersey Mike's. I believe it was a number 13 it would be an Italian submarine sandwich. We have it Mike's way, but without the oregano.Service was was quick and attentive, but the price was somewhat steep for lunch.That said will be back because we like the food which is key!

I will have to say that this is the best sandwich on the market today. I religiously get the original Italian large. My wife and I share this and we can get 4 servings from just one sandwich. That puts us at less than $5 each for a fresh cut meat sub. I will be a customer for life. Go Jersey Mike's
