Where do I start? JJs personable, professional and cooks like a madman. My wife and I have had him cook for us in home for just us 2 and we have had him over to cook for friends of ours. Each time was as good as the last. From his appetizers to his salads from chicken dishes beef dishes and even fish dish for one of our friends everything was phenomenal and I'd highly recommend you giving this man a shot. I promise you that he'll be back. You just cant get this type of in home service at the price you pay. Thank you JJ.

I have hired JJ Bednarowski for several catering events and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of food, service and great attitude of the chef. He is professional and listens carefully to special requests, making sure to meet all of my needs, even if fairly unique. He has made excellent meals for me and my friends and family in several different culinary styles, and I've never been anything less than impressed. Definitely five stars!

Chef James Is The Best!Because of work scheduling issues, for both myself and my wife, we called Chef James with only a week before the party which was to be held at out home. Luckily for us he had availability that evening. From start to finish Chef James was a dream to work with. He listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us plan every step of the way to prepare an evening we, and our guests, would not forget. He was prompt, courteous, and as helpful as anyone could be. The food he prepared was AMAZING and the presentation had everyone at the table talking. He even printed menus for us! I would highly reccomend the services of Chef James for your next event, whatever it may be.
