Jacks Toy Shop

They don't make shops like this anymore - thank goodness we have Jacks!Such a great selection of toys for kids of all ages, even newborns. From old school toys to educational toys, there is something for every kid. With it being Christmas time, I do wish they had a program to sponsor children & buy them toys in the store. They put together a wish list and we can shop at Jacks to get them what they'd like for Christmas. Please do this next Christmas!!

This TOY store has every game imaginable! No Serious! We were looking for a hard to find game & they had it. It's the latest version - Acquire 60 year edition. Our family plays this game a-lot & has created a-lot of family memories for us, so we were so excited to find it! I would recommend this shop in Redlands for all FUN stuff. You cannot go wrong.

What a cute shop for babies, toddlers and young children's toys. Friendly and welcoming with bright smiles in a bright shop. Cute storefront window captures your attention with the detailed display of a fantasy land. Organized products makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Parking right in front of the store on the Main Street or throughout the downtown area but may be a little crowded on weekends or evenings during popular hours.

We came here for the first time and we love life all the toys ... and we love the customer service here. I could not ask for a better toy store. They even gift wrap for free. Worth the drive and we will be back!!!

Very cute store with a huge selection of unique toys not sold in any big box department store. Staff are super friendly. I especially love the epic Calico Critters window display. Prices as what you would expect of a small independent shop in a downtown.

I've been coming here for years for kids birthday or Christmas gifts. Family owned local business. You get much better customer service than the box stores . Prices seem reasonable ( I'm no expert) . They will even gift bag for you . My most recent trip (5/18/2024 around 4:00 - 4:30 pm ) there were 3 females working. I was here for 3 kids birthday gifts ( busy month) . They all were super helpful . At checkout they even made sure price tags were removed and I had batteries. I don't think they were involved in ownership of the business ( could be wrong) but the service I received was like they were . those are employees you want to keep . I will continue to shop here when I can and will highly recommend you shop here too

We cannot rave about this local family-run business enough. The selection is impressive, and the family and friends who run it are the bee's knees. Erica, Janette, and the whole gang genuinely care about their customers and love making children happy. They have the ultimate selection of carefully curated toys, hand-selected by their employees, who are all kids at heart. They always greet you with a smile and go the extra mile to help when selecting special gifts for birthdays and unique occasions. They also do free gift wrapping. Being in a pandemic can bring on all sorts of challenges, but being with children during it definitely brings a little more crazy! I am pleased to write a glowing review for this shop during these times. They have stayed open for curbside pickup allowing families to purchase gifts, books, games, and making Easter baskets for kids! The ordering over the phone was simple, and I was able to pop by real fast and do a quick pickup! The store itself is very cool! It has a great selection of games! There is unique toys and education toys as well. The quality definitely comes from the staff and owners. Each time I have interaction whether it be on the phone or in person it has truly been pleasant. I am happy to support local shops and will continue to do so. :) They are definitely worth checking out.

Great place to find toys for your kids , everyone is so friendly and helpful , they will go above and beyond to help you find the perfect toy for your child or children my 4yrs old son love this place we always go to get dinosaurs or animals he has autism and we can always find the right toy he wants or needs :) and if they don't have it , they will either tell you where to find it or when they will have it ...

I adore this toy shop it's one of the best I've ever seen, amazing, never-ending selection of toys for every age group. Very unique, niche toys and a wide selection of classic staple toys as well. Prices are incredible and identical to Amazon prices, even if they weren't I'd shop here anyways! Nothing compares. Staff is incredible and very kind.
