I'm serious,. This was the best burger that I ate in a long time, delicious!!! The environment is great, fair prices, really nice place to visit

We always leave happy and full after a trip at Jack's.We usually order the pork ribs for 3 deal with their cole slaw and two servings of chili. The fries are plentiful and we take those to go. They also serve with 3 different bbq sauces (sweet, regular, spicy). I think they mentioned that they are homemade, too! This last visit, we ordered the meat sampler to try new meats aside from our usual pork ribs. My favorite was the brisket!Service is always great. On our last visit, Kelly served us and frequently checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed.I like bringing out of town guests here. The floor to ceiling windows give way for the most beautiful views and natural light. This is a regular stop on my restaurant rotation in the inland empire!

The food was okay. I had the chilaquiles with tri tip and the meat was great the salsa for the chilaquiles just tasted canned. I also ordered a side egg for my son and I don't know if the dish or egg smelled funky. I got a wiff of a weird dish soap smell. Other than that everything else was good. The waiter did forget about us a few times but he was overall nice. We got seating by the window and it was nice when we got there but then the sun came in and it was directly hitting me.

Food was amazing our second time coming worth the drive 100%. Kelly was very attentive and was on point from start to end great attitude and polite. Ambiance here is amazing definitely recommend coming you won't regret it.
