Good food and friendly service, but my oh my the drinks! Bummer that we couldn't play because all the tables were occupied (only reason for the four stars) but it was. Good vibe.

I would like to start my review with a disclaimer that I am not related to, friends with, or being paid for my review. I am genuinely a lover of good food, cold beer, and above all, great pool tables ( not necessarily in that order).Jack's is the perfect place to unwind, meet up with friends, or get your game on while enjoying an adult beverage. If you'd like to be distracted with or enjoy sports, they have 10 large screen televisions. The juke box has a wide variety of music and adds to the background ambiance. The best part of Jack's, in my humble opinion, however, are the four Diamond, 7 ft. pool tables. The tables are fast, rails on point, and the pockets are tight. This is my third time visiting Jack's and the clientel each time have been exceptional. What I mean to say is that Jacks attracts a certain population of pool players, those that have a love and respect for the game. Good sportsmanship seems to be the common thread among players. The food is top-notch. It was my experience that if something's not right with what you order, they will make it right. Quote " We just want to make you happy" ?? Where does this type of customer service still exist??I'm here to tell you it exists at Jack's. If you're thirsty, they have a wide variety of soft drinks and easily twenty beers on tap imports/domestic/IPA. For this atmosphere, service, tables, and cold beer, I travel 50 miles gladly. I give Jack's 5 stars !!! 6 if it were allowed!!!

Total gem in Downtown Rialto, where you're immediately greeted by a friendly bartender. Delicious diner food, plenty of signature drinks, a wide variety of beers on tap, and pool tables to show off your inner pool shark.

Had a bad experience here. Owner and wife seem to do their own thing. We called in advance to see if they will be showing a certain game. They said yes. We Ubered there just to find out they couldn't show it. Owner acts very strange. Won't be returning.

Clean, professionally, quick turnaround for food and drink orders. One of the cleanest and up kept places in Rialto/Downtown. I'm here about once a week & always have smooth visit.

Great local bar. Excellent service every time super friendly staff. Vinci de mayo gets lit. I hope this bar stays. A little bit pricier than the surrounding bars but the costumer service does make up for it.

Everything was delicious the drinks were bomb 10/10. They have alot of different food options as well !
