Located in front of the Food 4 Less, so plenty of parking. There were plenty of seating inside the building. The toilet needed to be fixed though.Service was patient as we ordered. I got the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, and it was hot and tasty.

Came super early in the morning and got the ultimate cheese burger whoever made it did it perfect they tossed the bread just right enough sauce in it and it tasted like they put some of the yummy seasoning on the outside of the bun was super rad ************************

Wow this place used to be the spot to go to for sure. I don't know what happend but the quality of the food has definitely went down. This is the third time I have had an issue with my order. Either they forget something or burn the hell out of my food!! It's right by where my kids go to school so I hope it's gets better management and I will update my review!! We love Jack in the box food but this spot has me really dissatisfied.

I went here this morning for one simple sandwich for my son that cost a little less than $6.00. I went at 9:30am. I proceeded to pay with a $20.00 bill and the employee tells me they don't have change for a twenty. He said he had given all his change to the car that was before me. I'm absolutely dumbfounded at this. How could this be? He didn't have $14.00 dollars in his register? This is just so stupid. I get it if it was a $100. But he couldn't break a $20? I find this hard to believe and hard to accept. This is a business, a popular food business they didn't have $14?? Probably dosent matter but I'm done with this place and the lazy bones jones who didn't want to take my $20.00 bill!!! Who the heck is the manager how do you allow your register to have no money in it... shame on you Mr Box!! Every single customer matters especially right now no one can afford to lose a customer and you just lost me. It matters. Drove away without the sandwich and went to "R burger" where they were happy to take my $20.00. Later JACK!!!

I visited this location this evening and I wish, at the very least, I could write about an order. However, that could never be the case with such inattentive team members. What I experienced in a matter of 2 minutes was enough to lose my appetite and desire to give a single cent to this place all at the same time.I have a fine beach cruiser that I rode through the drive-thru and up to the pick-up window where an employee informed me that my order could not be taken there. I advised them that my bike is normally undetected at that spot and nobody is alerted to take my order at the posted menu when I arrive. Another idling female employee near the window needlessly chimed in relaying the same thing I was told only 7 seconds prior. Fantastic, she is on it, wow, give her a raise! I then ask if I may bring my bicycle inside the restaurant so that I may order at the counter instead. The male employee agrees and says it's 'okay'. I then proceed to the entrance but not before passing by several loitering, transient people near the door. How welcoming! How safe! Just wow, very inviting! Before I can place the kickstand fully down on my bike, a stocky female employee clamors "You cannot bring your bike in here!" Just that. There was no "hello" nor gesture to acknowledge my presence. I know what you're thinking; where did she come from as hefty as she is! Well, I don't know and didn't stick around to find out because I walked right out that door. At this point, I lost my appetite, as clearly nobody's priority was taking my order. And that's okay! I'm stressed out too and I, too, want to go home! No thank you. Buenas noches!Everyone was so knowledgeable about what 'can and cannot' be done. It was very apparent that these three employees would say anything and exhaust zero effort to take 1 order. I just wanted 3 frenchie toastie sticks. It's very laughable if I do say so myself. The company should be highly appreciative these three musketeers work so very diligently to ensure the rules are being followed, in and out of the restaurant, at all times! You guys are on a roll! One day I'll be back for those yummy, yummy frenchie toastie sticks. Hopefully your team members are all on the same page just as they are when it comes to denying me an opportunity to order! I WOULD rate this location a zero. However, the poor man at the entrance did indeed help me with the door as I struggled with my bicycle. So for that, one star! Yay.

Surprisingly I visit this location about 2-3 times a month. I say surprisingly because honestly, they have forgotten an item from time to time or messed up a custom order for instance when I asked for no mayo for the kids' sandwiches and I've received extra mayo but that's an easy fix. The employees at the drive thru have usually been pretty friendly and fast. I like the quick and easy mobile order feature, which also tends to have deals and offers to just add to your app order. It's really quick and easy to use. Their fries are tasty and they sometimes have coupons if you check your mailbox.

This place has gone so far downhill. All my food was burnt and actually cold and soggy when i got it and i got it in the drive thru believe it or not. I satbthere for over 20 minutes and received burnt french toast sticks, like burnt to a blackened stone!! My tacos were so soggy you could bend them in half without breaking. I asked for extra lettuce on my tacos, nope! Just soggy melty lettuce. My egg rolls werre burnt as well, they tasted like old burnt oil. The drive thru person, cindi had a real cold personality and was not friendly at all. I didnt know we had to pay for sauces? I asked for ranch on the side and she said "i can only give you the first one free" when did that change? She kept my card with her the entire exchange which made me feel a little uneasy. Usually they charge and give it right back or have you tap and dont even touch it. She then finished our interaction off with hard a hard stare and eye roll when i asked for my straw that she dodnt give me. I have called numerous times and keep getting sent to vm, they wont even answer their phone. The line, by the way, was only 4 cars deep including my own car. We all waited 20 mins +. Definitely poor service and food quality.

This jack in the box has the worst customer service ever. The ladies that were serving me were talking in Spanish about me. They were saying that look at all the food she ordered and even got an extra hash brown. so now I can't order for my friend. Employees like this make funny of you no reason. Are you guys dumb or are you guys dumb? How do you always forget to give the customer all their items they paid for? Y'all that broke you have to "forget" what we pay for and eat it? The fact that yall want or about to get paid $20 an hour but yet can't do your simple job! Get it together. It is your job to verify. The one time I don't check and I thought about it too. I'm pissed. I don't go out to eat a lot cause I can't afford it but I worked 2 jobs today and wanted something fast and y'all ruined my night. By the way you get a BIG FAT ZERO stars from me.
