Jack in the Box

I live right next to this Jack in The Box. I've given this Jack in the Box more chances than I can count, but it's consistently disappointing over the last 15 years... The food rarely feels fresh, it's as if it's been sitting out longer than it should. Fries are often cold, burgers feel thrown together without care, and overall, it just lacks the quality you'd expect for the price.The service doesn't help, either. It's clear that many of the workers are unhappy or disengaged, and while I understand fast food isn't an easy job, it feels like basic customer service is often forgotten. The drive-thru is especially bad, orders are wrong more often than not, and it's frustrating to get home only to realize you're missing items or that they messed up a simple request.I know it's not a fine dining experience, but consistency and care shouldn't be too much to ask.

Ordered 4 tacos. Paid for 4 tacos. Got 2 tacos. Didn't even give me a receipt. And wtf do I look like fighting for two tacos man... How do you mess up a taco order I'm upset because this is dumb and I was hungry

5/22 Last night I was craving some Jack , and I ordered my usual. But the female employee who was on the soda machine wasn't handing out the right drinks . I know there was a busy line but come on now the rest of us just got off work and wanted to just get their food and enjoy it . But we didn't . Who's going to drink a soda that wasn't asked for . Literally ruined my whole meal .

Every time I bring my mom to this jack either a team leader ( skinny female with tattoo on her arm) or the drive thru (Virginia D)always with their attitude. And I know the manager isn't around to talk to. If you don't like your job, then just quit.

Worst attitude and awful service. What do you mean you're closed!?? Let's ask corporate!!

This restaurant deserves NO STARS! Unfortunately I was unable to do that.....I've been holding off on leaving a review on this Jack In The Box in hopes that every time I go there the outcome would be different. Unfortunately the outcome is still the same & has been this way for MONTHS..Wether I'm Doordashing or picking up food for myself or family I still receive the same service. I get attitude & it seems like they hate their job. I get working in the FAST FOOD industry sucks but if it's truly that bad & you feel the need to treat customers like complete crap there are other FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS or RETAIL STORES that are hiring try working there...From now on I will not be going to this establishment & will be driving 4-5miles out of my way to a different Jack In The Box where I know the customer service is 5 stars. I will turn down orders from this Jack In The Box when I'm Doordashing & refuse to go to this restaurant for food for myself or my family. The food is cold & the quality is horrible. When I was asked what sauce I wanted I requested hot sauce, BBQ, Ranch & Honey Mustard..I didn't even get the words "Honey Mustard" out before she turned away to get the other sauces...When I got home there was a crap load of ketchup ( I didn't ask for ketchup ), hot sauce, Ranch & BBQ.......No HONEY MUSTARD When the worker handed me my drink I didn't even have a full grip on it & I almost dropped it not to mention I had the drink running down my arm let alone the side of my car..........The worker ( TRINITY ) didn't even apologize or bother to ask if I needed napkins....If I were the worker I would've apologized & gave the customer napkins & definitely wouldn't have turned my back when the customer is requesting condiments....When I go into the restaurant for an order the store is totally trashed & never cleaned or put together........I do not recommend this place unless you want crap customer service & food.** CRAZY how no one from this establishment has replied back or apologized for poor customer service ** ‍

The staff at this location is the rudest. I will never go there again even though it's 2 minutes from my house. They are rude, seem angry they have to be there.

The girls in the drive thru here are always mad and have nasty attitudes. Stuff is always missing from our orders. We only come here because the one on Arlington is under construction. They need to get better people in the drive thru. I know it's fast food but ain't no reason to cop an attitude with me when I'm being respectful to them.

Now I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this place.Please tell me how it is reasonable that I order a burger, fries and a drink, being told it would 10 minutes to prepare and end up wait over an hour and still not getting my food. I ended up having to cancel the order because I was told "10 more minutes" for the 100th time today. I wasted my lunch break on this useless store and ended up starving for the rest of my shift. The fact that it is 3am makes it so much worse. Like what are you doing for an hour with only 3 customers. Definitely not working. I have never been so compelled to right a review not to mention a negative one. Never and I mean NEVER WILL I EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

They messed up the order! We were supposed to have extra mayo & lettuce. Typically when we get a sandwich from nearby locations, it comes out right. Fries were nice enough tho.
