I went through the drive-thru today. Only one car ahead of me I ordered four tacos a small fry and a bottle of water. My tacos were excellent hot fresh absolutely delicious. Which nowadays is hard to come by at most Jack in the boxes. Reached for my fries ice cold. I don't even understand how that happens. This is now the second time I've been here both times I've either got an employee that argues with me or cold food. I will not come back.

I came to the drive thru today around 7pm and although it was busy, the service was EXCELLENT! Hardworking staff, the food was good and the cashier taking my order (Julie?) did a great job accommodating my food allergy, tomatoes.

My girlfriend and I ordered for drive thru at around 8pm on 02/07, two gals prepared our order and killed it! Our shake had a Maraschino cherry on top (this means a lot to my girlfriend, sometimes the cherry is missing), and our food was smacking. Thank you very much to the ladies running the drive thru tonight!

Great service, good people work there. Nice and clean. Ordered the two tacos for $1.99. Cheapest fast food you can find anywhere. Next day ordered $8+ smash burger. Doubt it's healthy, but it is tasty.Sure wish all fast food restaurants would stop using seed oil for their fryers.

We always get great egg rolls and their standard tacos from this Jack in the Box! The employees are always friendly and they get the orders right. The ground chicken egg rolls are better than what most Chinese restaurants deliver, and they are still hot when I get home. Jack's sweet and sour sauce is most excellent...unfortunately, sometimes they are out of it, but it's a product made by the Kraft Corporation, so we also have a bottle of it at home. The tacos are not championship stuff, but when we get the urge to have them, they taste great with some of Jack's taco sauce along with some sour cream at home. Overall, the food tastes fresh, including the oil they use for their fried foods. We always return to this restaurant!

Went here because it's less than a mile from my house, says they close at 1, I showed up tonight at 12:50 and the guy told me he couldn't take my order because they were closing early. This is now the second time this jack in the box has done that. If they can't operate during their hours then they need to change it. This is ridiculous, I will be going to the Jack in the Box on Van Buren because they never have an issue with serving people especially before closing. Should definitely hire new employees because you guys are losing money and they're lazy
